Inojin's POV
"Can you please come home with me?" She reached out her hand for me to take. I hesitated. Maybe I should go back home. It's not like anyone cares about here. But, I don't like the feeling if leaving Maria, again.
I took Aki's hand. "I'll think about it," I said. She smiled which made me think of Maria. She would always smile and acted like everything was okay. Rembering that made a tear fall from eyes. Aki noticed and reacted quickly. "Don't cry. Everything will be fine in the end,"
I shook my head. "No, everything will not be fine! The thought of leaving Maria again makes me so sad,"
Aki rolled my eyes. "You are to good for that loser. You deserve someone better. Someone who loves you. Someone who cares for you.... Someone like me,"
I looked into Ali's deep blue eyes. I didn't like that she was insulting Maria. But she is right. I do deserve someone who cares about me. And someone who loves me.
"Aki, I-"
Aki interested me by pressing her lips against mine. I backed away. "Does this mean you want to get back together?"
She nodded. "Do you?"
I nodded. "So, it is officially. We are back together,"
Aki chuckled. "I guess so,"
"Let's go get something to eat, babe," I said grabbing her hand. She blushed and smiled.
"Ok"
