"Sorry, I am late. A black cat crossed my path on my way here," Sensei said. "Anyway, we have 2 new students with us today. Mitsuki and Noa you may be seated,"
Wait a second! Noa? Inojin and I used to be best friends with her since we were 3 until she moved to the 'Village Hidden in the Mist,'. Oh my gosh!
"Hi, Noa!" I said running up to the front of the class to give her a hug. "OMG! I missed you so much. So, how have you been? You have to update me on everything,"
"I don't mean to interrupt this touching moment, but can't this wait until class is OVER," Sensei said irritated.
"Right, sorry sensei," I said as I walked back to my seat.
Time Skip
School was finally over and Noa and I got to hang out at the cafe.
"Anyway, where is Inojin? I didn't see him in class," Noa asked.
Why did she have to bring that up? I sighed. "He's moving away," I responded. My eyes began to water again. The thought of Inojin moving away just makes me want to cry.
Noa noticed and began to comfort me. "It's going to be okay. You will for surely see him again soon. Plus, you have me now and we will get through this together!"
Hearing that made me smile. Noa always knew how to cheer me up.
"Hey, Maria," I heard someone say. I turned to see Sarada approaching us.
This was bad. Noa and Sarada do not get along. Ever since they both had the dream to become the hokage they have been enemies. Everything is always a competition, so I try my best to keep them apart.
"What are doing here with her" Sarada said pointing to Noa.
"She is hanging out with her best friend, which is me!" Noa said.
Both of them continued to argue until I finally decided to put an end to it.
"Stop it! Both of you are my friends but I will not choose one over the other. Now can we just sit here and talk in peace," I said.
"She started it," Sarada said.
"No, you did," Noa said yelling.
I sighed. This is going to be a LONG day.
