Chapter 2

I just got out of 4th period and now it's time for lunch. I run up the stairs to the 2nd floor and run to my locker. I hurry and put my books in my locker and close it I stand against my locker waiting for Maddie. She always meets me at my locker and then we walk to lunch together. There are few people walking in the hallways and then I finally hear Maddie calling my name, I follow her voice and see her at the bottom of the stairs with some thing in her hand. I cross my arms over my chest. "What are you doing down there come up here."

"All the way up there?" She asks

"Ugh come on!" She slowly comes up the stairs and we start to walk to lunch.

"I don't see why I had to come up here. Lunch is down stairs anyway." I smile and say I like walking this way. So what's in your hand?" She hands me a bag I open it and see a sandwich, an apple, and some strawberries with sugar beside them. "I made you a lunch for you." I smile and thank her. We go outside of and start eating. That's when I hear a high-pitched voice coming from behind me. I turn around and see "Miss Popular" she starts walking towards me with that smile that you see in the movies. I roll my eyes and turn back towards my food. "So, I hear it's your birthday...to bad nobody's coming to your party, I mean let's be real....a hobo wouldn't come even if you offered him 100 bucks." Her and her "crew" behind her start to laugh. If I could I would rip out all of her blonde hair and shove it all down her thoat. I look back at Maddie and she has her hands into fists. I get up quickly and grab Maddies hand and we start to walk away. She looks at me "We have to get her. She's such a bit-" I cut her off. " Let's not worry about her, it's my birthday we need to parrrty!" I say giving a fake smile. In the inside I was already pounding her face in. It's my birthday. She's not going to ruin it.
