Anger and rage filled jadis' eyes. "Fine." She said and slowly turned away. To both peter and Edmunds surprise, Jadis and (now) her army started to retreat to the woods. "We did it..." peter said, almost in disbelief. "Thank you Ed...for stepping in" he added. "Well, you needed some help and that's what I'm here for" Edmund responded. Peters smile faded as he noticed Edmunds arm injury. "Oh my gosh, Ed! Your arm!" Peter said as he quickly, yet gently, grabbed it to examine it. "It's fine Pete" he said as he pushed away from him. "It's stopped bleeding and Lucy can give me some of her cordial when she gets back." Edmund explained. "Alsan will be pleased to hear about this..." peter said. Even though Edmund still protested about peter taking a look at his arm, Caspian rushed onto the battle ground and gave peter some bandages. Peter then bandaged Edmunds arm up. "There." Peter said with a smile. "Hopefully, Lucy will be back soon" he said.

Before Edmund could say anything else, Susan suddenly came running up to them, hugging them both tightly. "You were both amazing! Thank alsan you're alive" she said as peter and Edmund happily hugged her back. "Let's get you all back inside" Caspian suggested as he led the 3 Pevensies back into the how. Even though they had definitely won, edmund had a dreaded feeling that the real battle was still to come.

Peter and Susan were sat near the stone table, talking. "Edmund was really amazing out there" peter said. "If it weren't for him, I would've been killed pretty quickly" he explained. "I'm so proud of you both. You for facing Miraz and hopefully killing him and Edmund for facing the witch again" she said. "I'm proud of him" peter responded with a genuine smile.

"Things never happen the same way twice, dear one" Aslan explained as he sat with Lucy as sunlight glowed down through the trees. Lucy looked down and sighed. "I just hope Ed and Peter are okay" she said. "The battle is over. You're brothers won and Jadis and her army have retreated. " aslan explained. These words made Lucy smile with relief. "Oh that's great news" she said. Aslan also smiled before he sighed slightly. "But I fear that the danger isn't over...as long as Jadis is alive, she's a threat to your family" Aslan explained. "You must take your horse and get back to the how. See your family. They miss you" aslan said. Lucy nodded and stood up. She got her horse and got onto it easily. "I have to go and find more Narnians, not all of them have the safety of the how to go to" aslan said. "But I assure you, You will see me again" aslan said. Lucy nodded and smiled. "Thank you aslan" she said before the horse galloped away.

It had been a few hours and peter and Susan hadn't moved from the spot they had been talking on. Caspian suddenly walked in, looking alarmed. "Caspian, what's wrong?" Susan asked as she stood up. "Our spies have searched the woods. It doesn't look like Jadis surrendered. One of the fauns overheard her saying that they have something...or someone... to use against the high king..." Caspian said. Peter looked at Caspian in confusion before it finally dawned on him. He suddenly leaped up with fear in his eyes. "Wait...Where's Edmund?"
