Yuchan wakes up to the ring of his phone, and he smiles so cutely when he sees the person calling
"Good morning" Sehyoon says on the other line
"Hyung...good morning..you woke me up" Chan says as he scratches his eyes
"Sorry sorry Channie...wait is 8 a.m aren't you always like 7 in the office?" Sehyoon says and Chan fully awakes and stands up
"Oh no my alarm didn't went off" and he rushes to grab something decent to wear
"Hey I'm on my way to the office...want me to pick you up?" Sehyoon asks he's still in the parking lot of his apartment complex
"I don't want to bother you" Chan says, he knows he must be polite and say this even though he's wishing he could insist
"Please let me" Yoon replies and Chan agrees. So he texts him his adress and hurry downstairs after 30 minutes when the other tells him he's there already
Chan can't help but feel happy as makes his way to the other's car
"Hi" Chan greets with his usual smile as he takes his spot on the passenger's seat
"Hello...want to grab coffee before actually going to the office?" Sehyoon asks as he starts the car
"Wait didn't you have some already?" Chan asks his arms unconsciously extends and his hand starts caressing Sehyoon's hair
"Nope...to be honest I overslept and you're never late so is fine for today" Sehyoon turns his head and kisses Chan's hand, his cheeks turn bright red matching his hair color.
They drive to a small coffee shop, order on the drive thru. One americano and a latte.
"So did you enjoy our last date?" Sehyoon asks as he takes a sip from his coffee. His eyes on the road
"Yeah...dancing classes for a second date is new but so fun" Chan remembers they went to a dance studio to practice a hip hop routine, then they went to Sehyoon's apartment to take a shower.....separately.....and finish the day having dinner.
Sehyoon wasn't the type of guy to invite someone he's just getting to know to his place. But Chan is different. He's so sweet and kind. Nothing like the people he has seeing before....plus he laughs at every lame joke Sehyoon makes.
"You know that I've like you since I saw you....I think you're really handsome...but now that we're actually dating....is so great" Chan says honestly. And Sehyoon just smiles another great thing about this boy, he always says what's on his mind. Good or bad, he's so transparent.
"So far...I like that we're getting to know one another" Sehyoon says
"But if I could ask....why me?" And Sehyoon almost chokes on his coffee
Why did I choose you as a replacement for Byeongkwan?!?
Sehyoon thinks. The guilt crossing his mind.
"You're so popular at the firm...why ask the quirky, funny , awkward intern?" Chan asks now both his hands are on his lap and he's looking out the window avoiding Sehyoon's eyes
"I don't have an specific reason...just that I did notice how you always looked my way and I guess I realized I was doing the same thing with you.." Sehyoon words surprise Chan. And in a way is all true. Sehyoon kept asking Chan to help him with some small project because talking to him and hanging out.
Is like he can forget everything.
Even him.
They arrive at the firm and Sehyoon finds a spot to park
