I keep practicing with my orange blade, swinging and stabbing, before I turn to see Toriel walking towards me. Asgore, the bigger goat monster is walking behind her and she smiles when she sees me.

"So, you and Branden had a good training session?" She says referring to the yard.

I look down and say. "I'm so sorry, Miss Toriel."

"Do not worry about it, my child." Toriel says and I look up to see her smile. "I was actually hoping I could offer any help I can."

"Maybe if I could learn more powerful flame attacks." I say smiling as my sword disappears. "Although I can use a lot of flames." I say as I look up and multiple flames form. "Last I checked, I believe I was up to 60."

"That's very impressive." Toriel says. "Although, Asgore and myself do have more powerful attacks."

"I don't see why we can't show her, Tori." Asgore says.

"Asgore, refrain from calling me that." She turns and glares at Asgore. "Or you'll be my target."

He flinches then nods slowly. "Yes, Toriel."

"My child, come with us to a better setting." Toriel says. "We can train more out in a actual field that isn't our back yard."

I nod and she smiles. "Can I ask you something?" I ask as we start walking down the road.

"Of course, my child." Toriel says.

"Is there any way for me to have blasters like Branden and the other two skeletons?" I ask and she stops to look at me. "Toriel?"

"Gaster and Papyrus?" She asks as if to clarify.

I shake my head. "Gaster and the one helping that monster child."

She covers her mouth. "Oh my...."

"Toriel, you should go inform the others." Asgore says. "I can help them train for now."

She almost wants to jump at the opportunity but stops herself. "No, Gaster can handle that, or Undyne. They were both there as well."

"Are you certain?" I ask curiously.

"My child, you need help with your training." Toriel says and smiles. "As for those blasters that the three use, well we simply don't know them." I nod in slight disappointment. "I'm sorry, my child."

Asgore takes notice of my disappointment as we continue down the road. "Those blasters are pretty intense, but fire magic does have its uses in combat too." He smiles and says. "Besides, even with those blasters, it's about the person using them." I look at him curiously, as we turn to an massive open field. "Someone like Gaster or, unfortunately, Sans have relied on those blasters to protect them. But Branden could beat them both if he used his head."

"Indeed, but someone like myself or Asgore could defeat him as well." Toriel says. "It all depends on how you use your attacks, not about what kind they are."

I smile again before Asgore steps in front of me with a large red trident in hand. "Allow me to teach you some more advanced fire magic that we know."

Chara and I go through a few of the attacks that we used to do when we were...well anyways. She shows me the knife attacks we did and some of them start to feel natural again, which is both terrifying and relaxing at once. Asriel is on his own, training with Undyne and Papyrus, but he must have finished because he's making his way towards me.

"Asriel?" I say, and Chara turns to see her best friend. "Finish up early?"

"Something like that." He answers as a sword appears in his hand.
