I woke up when my phone started ringing...
It was 9 in the morning..
God did I slept for soo long...
It was my mom,,I missed her I smiled and answered...

"Valy" I heard my mom sob from the other side... That made my heart skip a beat..
"Mom Wat happened r u okai"??...
I asd her....

"ur dad .......
He....
He had a heart stroke and his condition is very serious....
Pls come fast...... " she started crying ..
Tears formed in my eyes...
"Mamma listen pls don't cry,, be strong for him..
I'll be coming okai Pls don't worry... "
I disconnected the call and ran to Mr.Williams room and knocked on the door but there was no response..
I came downstairs hoping he would be there..
But he was not there and sat on the sofa and Tears were running freely and I started to sob...
Suddenly the elevator door opened and I instantly looked up and saw Mr.Williams walking out when he looked at my face he ran towards me with a worried face...
I stood up..
I walked towards  me and touched my chin and lifted up my face with his hands... .

"Hey Wats wrong y ur crying"
Then suddenly I hugged him and started crying..
His body became stiff a for a moment and then later he relaxed his muscles...
My head was on his chest and his chin touched my head..
Then he started rubbing my back...

"Wat happened??" he asd

And then I realized Wat I was doing and stood back a little away from him...
.
. "I'm sorry sir... "

He took my chin with his large hand and his other hand was on my shoulder..
"Wat happend??? "

He asd me angrily...

I think he's angry cos I hugged him.
But y did I hug him in the first place...
I don't know y but I felt comfort and all my worries were becoming less when I hugged him like that.......

"My...my" ...... I sobbed inbetween....
"My dad... He had a stroke and his condition is very serious...."
I have to go Mr.Williams pls..
And started crying again...

His face softened..
"Listen don't cry okai..
He'll be fine and get ready I'll book a ticket for u.... "
I nodded at went to my room...

I had my bath and wore a dress which came first in my hands....

When I came down Mr.Williams was talking to someone in his phone...
And  there was breakfast  on the table...

"I'm sure u have missed ur dinner last night so have ur breakfast ur flight is in 2hours and I'll drop u to the airport... I'll go get ready.. "
I nodded at him.

And ate only 1/4 of my breakfast cos I was not in the mood to eat...
And I waited for Mr. Williams.....

He came down wearing his casuals instead of his suit..
Even in this state of mine I still feel attracted towards him......
When he looked at the unfinished breakfast he nodded his head in disapproval....
.
"Ms.Smith I will drop u to the airport only if you complete your breakfast..."
.
"Thank u sir but I'm...... "

"No buts Ms. Smith complete it right now... "
He ordered in his bossy attire where there r no rooms left for arguments
I again nodded and ate my breakfast so fastly that I completed it in less than 5 minutes...

After completing I looked at him he had an amused expression on his face....
"Let's go"

I followed him.

we sat in his car... During the drive all I was thinking about my dad and how he used to love me even though I was not his own daughter..
That made my eyes started to water...

Then suddenly Mr.Williams hands touched my joined hands which were on my lap and slightly squeezed it...................
When I looked at him he had a reassuring smile on his face..
Which made thousands of butterflies run in my stomach and my heart felt lighter....

We went to the airport and I took my bag out...

.when they announced about the arrival of my flight...
Both of us stood up...
And I looked at him

"Thank u Mr.Williams thank u for understanding"......
I smiled at him which was actually not reaching my eyes...

He nodded at me..
When I was about to leave he caught my hand and u instantly turned to him....
Them he instantly hugged me and this time I was stunned at his behaviour...
And he whispered " Pls be strong for ur dad.... And take care"
This man always amaze me....
Now I smiled a real smile at him...

After 12hours I reached my destination airport and took a taxi directly to the hospital.....

I paid the taxi and went to the reception and asked her where my dad was admitted...
When I reached there....
I saw my mom was sitting next to Margarita and Emily stood next to them...
I ran to my mom...
When she looks at me she abruptly stood up and hugged me and started crying.. I too started crying...

"Shh mama Pls don't cry ...
Pls we have to be strong for dad....
Okay don't cry..."
We stayed there like that for sometime.....
And I made mom to sit on the chair....
And I looked at dad from the glass door at my dad...
He was looking pale....
And the an artificial pacemaker was put on his chest for the heartbeat........
I started sobbing quietly....

I turned to my mom "Wat happened mom... "

"One month back a company contacted us and asd wether we want to sell our coffee shop..
Since they r building a mall there and the already bought the surrounding shops... But since it was our dream ur dad refused it....
They started to threaten us and day by day facilities were being stopped and they accused us of selling food which was unhealthy and the government sealed our shop and told us to stop...
When he heard about that he fell there itself........

And we brought him here...... It was his dream... I don't know he will survive this cos he is mentally broken... ""

"Wat the hell mom...
They were threatening u'll since one whole month and u never thought of informing ur own daughter"
That made me angry..

"I'm sorry Valy but dad told not to worry u, he will solve this problem.
But now here he is"
And she started crying again..

But this time I was angry at both of them for not even informing me..
I would have Atleast tried something...
I just came out from there and went down to a park next to the hospital and sat there,, and I started crying there...
I felt a hand over my shoulder and when I looked up it was Margarita....
She smiled a reassuring smile which was similar to Mr.Williams..
And smiled at her and moved aside and gestured her to sit......

"It was his dream" I told her looking forward and my eyes were filled with water not thinking to stop....

"Well I can help u with that"
She said.. Wat???
I looked at her confused..
"I can help u with getting back ur dad's coffee shop and that false case they have filed against ur dad..."

" But I need u to do me a favour.."
I nodded at her to continue then s
he was fidling with her fingers...

"Pls dont say no.. promise me"
Then I assuringly put my hand in her hand..
