I woke up to sound coming from the kitchen. I got up, walking downstairs, to find Lisa at the coffee maker. She turned around, giving me a sad smile when she saw me.
"Hey, how you feelin?" She asked.
I shrugged, "What time is it?"
"Um," she pulled out her phone, "11:28. Do you want some coffee?" She asked pouring herself a cup.
"Crap!" I yelled running towards the stairs, "I completely forgot that I'm supposed to meet Barry at in Jitters in a half hour!"
I changed out of my pajamas and into clothes, running back downstairs and out the door. I paused for a second, then ran back inside, giving Lisa a hug. She smiled, hugging me back. I ran back out the door. Luckily when I got out of the building the bus was just pulling up. I jumped inside, paying the driver and taking a seat.
A little while later I arrived at Jitters. I walked in to see Barry already sitting at a table with two drinks. Jitters was quite crowded, with a line almost to the door. The room was filled with noises coming from the coffee machines and many people's conversations. I walked up to Barry, he was reading the newspaper and on the front page was a picture of Leonard's old mug shot with the headline 'Kahndaq Diamond Stolen and Train Derailed'.
"Leonard derailed a train?" I said, causing Barry to look up.
    "Leonard?" He chuckled.
"Yeah? That's his name." I said confused.
"I know, but all the guys at the station call him Snart so it's weird to hear someone say Leonard," he laughed, "that name is almost as bad as Bartholomew." Barry handed me my tea.
"I don't know about that one. I kinda like it. Plus you could just call him Lenny. I think that's a cute nickname." I confessed, causing Barry to almost choke on his coffee.
"Lenny?" He laughed, "I'm pretty sure Snart would shoot anyone who called him that with his cold gun."
"Cold gun?" I raised my brow.
"Yeah, someone stole the gun from Star Labs after the accelerator exploded. It's a gun that generates a blast of absolute zero and can  freeze almost anything on impact." He angrily looked at the mugshot for a second, "I'd actually think the gun was cool if it wasn't in the hands of someone like Snart."
"What's that supposed to mean?" I got slightly defensive.
"It means he a killer, Grace! If it wasn't for the Flash last night dozens of people would of died on that train!"
"The Flash?" I was confused once again.
Barry looked like he said something he shouldn't have, "Uh, yeah, you know that red blur people keep reporting that they see running through the streets? Well, I think a better name for him would be the flash. He saved those people on the train last night while Snart got away with the diamond. Snart doesn't care about anyone but himself! He's a killer!" Barry said getting angry once more.
I knew Leonard was a killer. I'd seen him shoot someone who was standing two feet away from me and I didn't even bat an eye. Was it wrong of me not to care about that? I mean, I know it's wrong but why wasn't I put off by that? Why did I still care for someone who was a killer?
I was deep in thought until Barry pulled me out, "so, the reason we came to talk." He said getting serious.
"Yeah," I looked around the crowded room, " do you want to go for a walk? It's just really crowded in here." He nodded.
We went outside and started walking, "Barry?"
    "Yeah?"
"Since we got hit with lightning," I paused, "have you felt different or has anything weird happened to you?" I asked nervously.
    "No, what do you mean?"
"I- Like have you- I mean-," I sputtered, getting frustrated at my words, "Barry, I can read minds!" I said bluntly.
"Gracey," He took a deep breath, "are you sure you don't need to go back to the doctor?" He chuckled.
"Barry, I'm serious. I'm only telling you this because I heard him yesterday when I was leaving Star Labs!" My heart started pounding, thinking back to yesterday.
    "Him who?" Barry got serious.
"The yellow man, Barry. He knows I'm back in town. I don't know how he knows, but he does. He said my name, Barry."  I felt as if I was about to snap from all of my frustration and anxiety.
Barry said nothing, "Barry, did you hear me?"
"Yeah, I actually need to get going," he pulled a phone out of his pocket, "here, I know you'll never actually go and get one. It's my old phone, it was actually cheaper for me to have two people on my plan, so it's yours. My number is already in the contacts for you."
"Barry, do you believe me?" I asked, my heart breaking.
"I really have to go. I'll talk to you later." He quickly walked off, turning the corner. I ran after him, but when I got to the corner he was nowhere in sight. It was almost like he had disappeared into thin air. I turned around and started walking back home.
