If you don't understand Japanese suffixes, here's a short description of the common ones:

-san

-San is used for semi-formal titles. It's a unisex suffix, and is used in place of Mr./Mrs./Ms.

-sama

-Sama is used in the same way as -san, but is considered more formal.

-kun

-Kun is used for addressing males, usually young or teenage males.

-chan

-Chan is the female version of -kun, but is also used for the term "non-threatening; cute; loveable". A male could take up -chan if they fell under this category *ahem, izuku*

-senpai

-Senpai is used to address an upperclassman, or somebody with a generally higher ranking than yours.

-sensei

As you can all guess, -sensei refers to a teacher or master of somesort. *the most common for BNHA fanfiction would be aizawa-sensei, because he's, um, a... teacher...*

I hope this helped somebody, because I had to do research to use the suffixes correctly. For those of you that are procrastinating sleep, something that I am doing currently, please go to bed. The book will be here in the morning.
