It had been a week since Midoriya's involvement with the League of Villains. Nothing was off until a few days in, when he felt a pain in his head and his eyes temporarily flickered from green to yellow. While he suffered, Midoriya became more aggressive, an after effect of the quirk "Extent" the villains had used on him. Now Midoriya was going to turn into a villain no matter what.
"Great," he muttered to himself. Midoriya had finally escaped today's hero training. He was hiding behind a wall, hopefully out of earshot from the students and teachers. "This is the worst thing that's ever happened to me."
Suddenly, Jiro popped out from behind the wall. "Midoriya, are you alright? I was practicing and I heard you mumbling over here, but when I got closer, it sounded like you were in some sort of trouble."
Midoriya froze, worried she heard him a little too clearly. "No, I'm fine. I've just been having bad headaches for a while now. I, er, just had another one now, actually."
"Oh, okay. Well," Jiro smiled, patting Midoriya's shoulder, "go see Recovery Girl if it gets too bad, okay?"
Midoriya nodded, faking a smile. He felt his eyes turning yellow and quickly looked away, careful not to let her see. Jiro walked away, heading over to Toru.
"Toru, something's up with Midoriya. He said he has a headache, but when I went over to check on him, he was acting strange. He said he was fine, but right after that, he winced in pain and covered his eyes." Jiro explained, gathering the attention of a few other students. Tokoyami walked up to the two with Mina, Kaminari, and Tsuyu.
"I overheard your conversation. I, too, have realized a change in Midoriya's lifestyle." Tokoyami added. Mina bounced into the conversation, putting an arm around Tokoyami.
"He's been off ever since he was captured by the villains that one night," continued Mina. "He's probably still recovering from shock." The group nodded in agreement, deciding to leave the conversation there for now.
Midoriya reemerged from his hiding spot, a new glint in his eyes. His villain state had effects on his body and mind in the ways a villain would act and think. However, there were also varying side effects. One that his villain demeanor enjoyed the most was a noticeable increase in lust. From where he stood, Midoriya got a fair view of the training grounds. After scanning the crowd for a moment, his gaze eventually rested upon the heterochromia eyes of Todoroki Shoto.
Him, he spoke to himself, he'll die first.
Midoriya's head began to hurt again, a dull pressure turning into a sharp pain in the matter of seconds. He shook his head, his yellow eyes reverting to the green they once were. He remembered every second of what just happened, although it wasn't much.
Rushing down to rejoin the class, Midoriya tried to avoid any contact with Todoroki. However, the way Todoroki made Midoriya feel was telling him to get closer. An hour and a half went by of the students of 1-A practicing with their quirks, which resulted in the creation of twenty exhausted students. Even Aizawa looked more sleep-deprived than normal.
"Students," he began in his monotone, tired voice, "go to your dorms. I'm tired, All Might is tired, and it's too obvious all of you are tired. You have the rest of the day off, stay on school grounds, do as you please." With that, he fell asleep, All Might catching him as if their teacher hadn't just fainted, and walked off, biding his farewells to the students.
The class looked around at each other, suddenly regaining their energy. Leaving in a large herd, 1-A began to exit the training field. Midoriya was about to follow Todoroki, but it felt like somebody had just knocked him over the head with a metal bar. He shrieked out in pain and fell to the ground, causing the entire class to whip around and look at him.
