endgame spoilers

So you know how Peter and Shuri would be best friends but Marvel refuses to make it flipping happen? Well, I just realized that they were both at Tony's funeral. 

Now I realize that's far from the time for their friendship as portrayed in most headcanon and stuff, but it could be such a cool moment if they actually met there. Like, Shuri's dad died in Civil War. Effectively, Peter's just did too. 

So what if... What if Peter slipped away because he didn't want to lose it in front of the Avengers and Shuri hears Rhodey and Happy or whoever talking about how Peter was like a son to Tony and then she's watching him, thinking how she knows what he's going through and also grieving her own loss all over again (because when someone else dies, even if you didn't know that person well, it often brings back grief from a different death) and she sees him leave. 

And she finds him sobbing, so she just kinda goes up and puts her hands on his shoulder like girls do, and sits with him until he's stopped crying. And then they talk and she tells him about her dad and they just kinda grieve together and it's the start of a beautiful friendship?

Basically, my own headcanon has me crying and though I don't plan to write much about post Endgame stuff you can expect a one shot or one shot series about this very soon.
