Ukraine P.O.V(Male)

"Wake up, breakfast is ready!" I heard dad call us. I rubbed my eyes, got up, changed and started walking to the dining table which was downstairs.

Belarus, my younger sister came out of her room, yawning. My 'older' brother, Russia, came out of his room right after her. "Good morning!" He smiled at us. After we greeted him back, he skipped down the stairs where Dad was settling down the plates. Russia said a very cheerful 'good morning' to him as well before sitting down and waiting for us.

Russia is... special. We do not use the word that starts with r and letters after that rhymes with 'tart'. I guess I'm sort of like the oldest now, since he is mentally six.(retard-)(Well fricc I now know retard does not mean child minded so kill me) Physically, he is fifteen. I'm fourteen and Belarus is thirteen.

Russia doesn't remember any of our friends, only Poland and Germany since we knew them since childhood. It affected us all, knowing he didn't remember anything. He does remember bits of it, but not the full picture. And when he remember bits about that incident, he gets a headache. A really bad headache. It gave us all a heart attack when it first happened.

And the one thing that bothers us the most is that the incident went unsolved... it's all those darn unions' fault for not putting cameras outside the school.

I shook myself out of my thoughts. That was two years ago, we just have to let it go now. Not just for our sake, but for Russia's as well.

Time skip to after breakfast(I'm lazy)

I was in my room texting Canada when Russia came into my room without knocking which startled me a little. "Rus! I thought I told you to knock first." I said. "Sorry..." he apologised sheepishly and looked down. Woops...

I walked over and put my hand on his shoulder, "Hey, it's okay. What did you want to see me for?" I asked him. His eyes immediately lit up as he looked up at me, "America wanted me to go on a walk with him though the park, and when I asked if I could bring you along, he replied with 'fine'! I've also already asked dad and it said we could go." He smiled.

Usually when someone replies with 'fine' that means they prefer not to, but I don't think Russia realises that... I guess I should go since it's America. He was the most determined to try and get Russia's memories back, which stressed Russia out a bit.

I smiled back at him, "Sure, I'll go. Wait for me at the front door, I'll be down soon." He leaped up in joy and ran downstairs.

I text Canada a 'goodbye' before switching to America's contact.

U=Ukraine
A=America

U:Yo

A:Hey, what's up?

U:Heard you asked Rus on a walk and agreed to let me come along

A:Yeah, why?

U:I think you already know what this is about, you know he can never be the same person he was before. We just have to accept that.

A:I know! I just want to build a friendship with this new Russia. I've accepted the fact he's gone.

U:I hope you're not lying.

A:Chill, I'm not!

Although I was still a bit suspicious, I turned off my phone and headed downstairs and went to the park with Russia.
