"You can do this?" Minhyun asked in disbelief. Everything felt so real. He touched the grass. Even the dirt felt real and there was a light breeze, making his hair shift accordingly.

"To a certain extent, yes. But it's all still a dream," the other replied with a smile.

"But I don't get it... if you're this strong and powerful, why can't you just appear in front of Baekho like you're doing now and convince him to stop whatever he's trying to do?" Minhyun asked.

"I've already explained this to your Baekho but... turns out, if you have a strong will, I can't enter your dream and right now, he's really being hard headed. As for you, you've been quite the stubborn one too which is why it took me this long to get to you."

"How long did it take for you to get to my Baekho?" Minhyun asked, finding it endearing to be calling their own Baekho's as theirs. He guessed it was also easier to differentiate who they were talking about that way.

"Just one day," the other chuckled. "It's not that he's not strong willed but... he's a little too susceptible to my magic it seems." Minhyun found himself smiling as well. How cute.

"Okay... Let's say I trust you. How are you going to help me?" The other Minhyun stretched his arms before placing them against his hips.

"Easily. With a spell."

"A spell? Will it even work in reality?"

"Maybe. Maybe not but it's worth a try, right? A spell to counteract the brainwash. Wouldn't you want that?" Minhyun was skeptical, of course. The other might be all powerful in the dream world but that didn't mean it would be the same in reality. Still, he wasn't wrong either. It was worth a try.

"I'll let you do it. What do you want me to do for you in return? Tell Baekho something?" Minhyun asked since he thought it was only fair to listen to the other if he had a request. The other smiled and looked up at the sky.

"Mmm... I've already asked your Baekho to relay my message to him but I guess you could try to find it in you to forgive him for me? I know how he treated you and I personally do not support it yet I only have this much power to interfere so I hope you forgive him," he replied as he looked at Minhyun again. Minhyun wasn't sure if he could forgive him after what he had done but he guessed it that was the least he could do for the other, he might give it a try.

"Oh. Before I go, let me just tell you what happened to be fair since I told your Baekho about it." Minhyun nodded and was all ears as the other told him of their past. He was rather surprised at certain parts but didn't cut in until the other was done.

"So... There's no way for us to beat him in terms of strength?" Minhyun asked, understanding why the other was so strong now. The blonde Minhyun shrugged.

"I don't think there is a way. Which is why I'm hoping for the best for you two... and the spell." Minhyun was approached by the other. He gently reached out and touched his forehead with his cold hand again. A tingling feeling spread across his forehead along with a bright light but dissipated just as quickly.

"Can't you cast a spell on me to transfer to him so your spell on him will be broken?" Minhyun asked just to be certain.

"My spells don't work like that. If it did, I would have already done it the moment he kidnapped the first Minhyun. I've also tried to interact with the others but their minds are too far gone into the deep sleep for me to reach."

"Then how do I fully stop him from kidnapping more of us?" The other could only show him a sad smile.

"I don't know... Maybe your Baekho will find a way."

"What do you mean? Isn't he back home at the palace?"

"No. He's coming. Very soon now, you will be together again." Minhyun was shocked to hear that. He hoped Baekho knew what he was doing. "Did you really think he would stay still when you got kidnapped in front of him?"

"No... but how did he..."

"Your father's old machine. Also, I find it quite fascinating that there is someone who is actually sent to keep an eye on you in your universe. It seems there's more to this story than I thought," the other said vaguely. Minhyun was confused but noticed how their surroundings faded back to the cold black space.

"What do you mean? Don't just leave me with a mystery like that," Minhyun sighed.

"You're the only Minhyun born from two people from two different universes. They are watching you."

"Who is?"

"The ones who oversee all the universes, Xiyeon and her partner-"

Minhyun had never heard of that name before and the other was cut off mid sentence since there was no more time to ask any more questions as he faded back to sleep.

He fluttered his eyelids open and close again before he finally regained his full consciousness. He groaned, feeling his body ache from having fallen asleep in such a position. His shoulders really hurt now but even laying down was troublesome. He thought about the dream and wondered how much of it was actually real but everything seemed so fresh in his mind that it didn't feel like a dream at all. After all, dreams usually fade away after a few moments.

Knowing that Baekho was actually coming for him made him feel both relieved and scared. Relieved to know the other actually went out of his way to do something like this for him but scared since he knew now that they could never hope to beat this Baekho with pure strength alone. He could only hope Baekho found a way to stop the other or else there was no way for them to stop his madness from spreading.
