Baekho found it difficult to sleep since he was somewhere foreign. The bed was comfortable but his mind wasn't at peace. This Minhyun had a different scent compared to his lover, he had noticed as he laid on the other's bed. Even though his warmth gave him some comfort, being left alone in the room like this made him start thinking about negative things. He was sure Minhyun would smack him if he found out but after sleeping together with him for a whole year plus, it felt weird not to have him there. He placed his hands against his face, breathing in slowly to try to stop himself from crying. He had no reason to cry since Aron had given him hope that Minhyun would be alive but he really missed Minhyun.

Eventually he got up from bed and exited the room. He wondered where the other was and heard some noise coming from the room next to his. Maybe that was the other Baekho's room? He walked over and was about to knock when he heard a moan. One that he knew very well because he knew who would make that very noise. His face turned red and his body heated up. Another softer moan sounded through the door and Baekho squatted down. He wanted to close his ears and hide in shame. After all, it was his own voice he was hearing. Were they making out in the room?

"Baekho, if you're too loud, the others will hear you," he heard Minhyun whisper as he pressed his ear against the door. He didn't know why he was starting to eavesdrop.

"Then... ah... stop being so good!" He heard his own voice speak from within the room. A light chuckle.

"You're too adorable, you know that."

"Minhyun... Minhyun ah... hurry up already."

"I love you too, my baby tiger."

"Nnn... I love you too."

Baekho looked down at the floor and then noticed water dripping onto the marbled flood. He brought his hands up to his eyes and realised it was his tears falling. He rubbed them away and sniffed. His chest hurt so much. Hearing Minhyun say that, even though he knew it wasn't directed to him, it made him miss the other even more. He wanted to hold him and laugh with him. He wanted things to go back to normal. He wasn't sure how long he squatted there for but the door opened and he froze.

"Eh? Dongho? What are you doing here?" Minhyun's voice filled his ears and he made sure to wipe away his tears before looking up at the other.

"I... uh...." He tried to find an excuse but his gaze fell onto the other Baekho who was sitting on the bed with just his shirt and underwear on. He was glaring at Baekho.

"Were you eavesdropping on us?!" Idol Baekho snapped and Baekho flinched. Minhyun sighed and helped Baekho to his feet. He noticed the other's red lined eyes.

"Dongho.... why were you crying?" Minhyun asked and Baekho shook his head, biting his lower lip. "Don't lie to me. You're a terrible liar."

"I... I..." Idol Baekho got up and walked over to them, expression softening when he saw what Minhyun saw.

"Sorry I yelled at you. I didn't mean to make you cry,"the other Baekho said and gave him a pat on the shoulder. Baekho shook his head again.

"It's not your f..fault. I just... I really miss Minhyun. I'm sorry for eavesdropping. I swear I wasn't planning on doing it. I just..." Minhyun sighed and pulled Baekho into a hug. He squeaked but pulled the other closer. He sniffed and held back his tears again.

"It must be hard for you," Minhyun said softly, patting his back to comfort him. "But it's hard for us too. If anyone finds out what we are doing, our careers would end for us. So please don't tell anyone?"

"It's not like I know anyone else here," Baekho said with what he hoped sounded like a laugh. "I'm sorry...."

Idol Baekho felt guilty now. He hadn't meant to be mean to the other but he had felt insecure when he first saw him too. They might look alike and sound alike but their personalities were different and he felt as though Minhyun would be more attracted to this even more shy and submissive version of him. He decided to go to the kitchen to make the other hot cocoa in an attempt to be nicer. Minhyun led Baekho to the couch meanwhile and sat him down, still keeping a hand on his back. Baekho calmed down a little and tried not to look at Minhyun. The other didn't mind, guessing it was because his face might remind him too much of his own lover. It didn't help that they did look the same.

"What's.... your relationship with him like? In your universe?" Minhyun decided to ask. He had been curious since earlier about this Baekho but tried not to drill him with too many questions since it might make his own Baekho jealous and ignore him.

"Uh... We are married," Baekho replied, touching the ring on his finger. "And we... are both kings."

"Married?" Idol Baekho seemed to stutter out in surprise as he brought the cup of hot cocoa over. He placed it in the other's hand, noticing how similar their hands looked too.

"Thank you.... Yes. We are married. He proposed to me the night after our coronation," Baekho replied with a small smile. The memory still made him warm inside.

"You're a king?" Minhyun seemed to ask in disbelief and Baekho nodded in response.

"I know I don't look much like one but Minhyun is way better at this whole king business than me. Which is why I need to find him."

"Wow. I didn't know even I can be a king," idol Baekho joked while sitting down beside Minhyun who nudged him.

"Isn't it painful for the both of you?" Baekho asked, finally looking up at them. The two gave him a confused look. "You have to hide how you feel about each other outside... and do it in secret."

Minhyun chuckled and turned to idol Baekho. "Well, you get used to it. Plus we are hiding it for the good of both of our futures too." He turned back to Baekho and smiled.

"Not all of us are blessed with an accepting world," idol Baekho grumbled. Baekho wished he could tell the other what he had to go through to get together with Minhyun but decided not to. He just laughed it off and sipped the drink.
