~Izuku's POV~
"(Y/N)!!!" I scream as I catch her drifting and swaying on the stool. I grab her torso to ensure that she does not fall backwards and hug her to my chest.
"(N/N)!!!" I try to keep her from losing consciousness but she passes out right on my shoulder. I feel the weight of her limp body against my arm. What's happening?! She almost scared me to death! This is not good....I have to place her on one of these beds. My mind becomes a jumbled mess as I sit on the stool, confused and anxious for answers.
"What do we have here?"
"Pro Hero Recovery Girl!" I look down at (Y/n) and realize the situation I'm in, or rather the situation the pro hero probably believes I'm in, and blood rushes to my cheeks. "I-It's not what it looks like!"
"I step away for two seconds and someone passes out in my room." She places her hand on (Y/n)'s forehead. "She is on fire! Put her on the bed for me and I'll give you a pass. She might be out for a while and I don't want you missing anything on the first day." She scratches the pen across the green paper before holding it out in front of me. I place (Y/n) on the bed and absentmindedly reach for the pass. I turn to look at her on the bed, staring as if I was searching for the answer to her weakened state. About a minute passes before a hear a sharp clang.
"Aaaahhh!" I shriek as the deafening sound of clanging metal echoes throughout the office.
"Are you going to return to your class or are you going to stare at her for the rest of the period?" Recovery Girl lightly taps her gigantic syringe-like cane against my leg. "Get moving, Midoriya. Stop worrying, she will be fine." She makes a shooing-like motion at me. I glance at (Y/n) once more. What happened? One minute she's fine, and the next think I know, she lost consciousness. I rack my brain for answers as I make my way to my class. I ball my fists in frustration and suddenly realize the lack of pain. The purplish-red bruising is completely gone from my finger.
What the....
~(Y/n)/Reader POV~
"Is she alright?! Did she also get hurt during the physical examinations?" Tsuyu ribbits worriedly.
"I thought Midoriya was the one who suffered from an injury. I was not aware that (L/n) was injured as well." Iida's voice trails off as he holds his chin in thought.
"Did she break something?! Tell me she didn't break something!" Mina grabs onto Iida's shoulders and hops up, attempting to get a view of the inside of the office. The students were blocking her from fully entering the room.
"Everyone calm down! You're all asking too many questions!" Recovery Girl blocks the entrance to her office as she tries to shoo out visitors for the second time today. "Let the girl get some rest and bombard her with all these questions later! She needs—"
"Owww!" I yelp as I accidentally move too quickly causing the sharp pain in my side to worsen.
"(Y/n)!" Uraraka pushes past the others and speedily sits on the stool on the side of the bed. "You're okay! Thank goodness!"
"Yeah, we were really worried about you. We saw that you didn't make it back to class and made sure to check up on you as soon as it was over." Tsuyu walks towards the end of the bed and joins the conversation. "I wrote notes in class. I'll share them with you when you fully recover. It's the least I can do."
