Nineteen...

When Nick Ezra opened his eyes he was tied to a chair in the middle of an empty room he did not recognize. He snorted when he saw Elizabeth and Lisa looking at him from accross the room.

"I don't know what you're planning but you can't harm me your son and daughter to will never forgive you"

Elizabeth nodded.

"I know that" she replied

"Then you also know I'll never stop hunting"

Again Elizabeth nodded.

"I do"

She stepped aside and let Flint Barry in.

"And so the hunter becomes the hunted" Lisa said and Nick's eyes widened. Before he had time to process Flint Barry leaped towards him and bit him on the shoulder. Nick's scream echoed in the empty building far from town where no one could hear him and when Flint Barry stepped back Nick had fainted.

Jacob jolted and his wide eyes darted around. He sighed half relieved to see his room. He turned the knob but it would not budge and then he recalled his father on the floor. He kicked down the door and ran through the empty house. He rushed towards the back room of the gym and gasped looking at the empty spot where he last saw his father. He stepped back pulling at his own hair.

"They took him"

Jacob turned around to Eric's voice

"Elizabeth, Lisa, Erastus"

Jacob grind his teeth

"Alex and Isaac?"

Eric shook his head. "

"They weren't with them"

It didn't matter Jacob thought, they knew. They stood by and let whoever drug him so they could drag his father away. Jacob walked back slowly to the house cursing himself for trusting a vampire and a werewolf. He paused as he passed the study then walked back. He gasped when he saw a man sitting on the chair, his shirt ripped and a bite mark on his shoulder.

"Dad?" Jacob called out softly

Nick looked up. His teeth clenched holding back an excruciating pain. Droplets of sweat was forming on his forehead and Jacob knew the bite was from a werewolf.

"You get a headstart" Eric said behind Jacob "That's it"

Nick snorted then nodded in agreement.
