This has been such a fun project for me to work on, so I want to thank you for taking the time to read it. If you've gotten this far, I hope you know how truly grateful I am for you. I hope you loved these characters as much as I always have.
This show has always held such a special place in my heart, and I've been wanting to write a story on my favorite characters for a while. I believe this telling of these characters paints them in a more realistic light. I wanted to take their stereotypes and fit them in with less dramatized personalities.
It started off as a small passion project that I was certain I was going to abandon at some point, but I just had so much fun with it that I kept going. So, I hope you enjoyed Growing Pains and had as much fun with it as I did. :)

2024 update: I wrote this story when I was 17, and at the time, I had randomly published half of it. I saw some comments saying they wanted to know how it ended, so I published the other half. I never imagined that this silly little story I wrote would end up ranked #13 in Duncaney or have amassed 1.17k views.
I was going to abandon this project all together because, truthfully, I have grown and changed a lot as a writer since then. I even got a degree in writing, so there's been some major shifts in my writing quality (I would hope). However, the current interest has me contemplating a sequel, so this story may be revitalized and fully finished the proper way in the near future.
Regardless, thank you for reading a story I concocted before I actually knew how to write. I appreciate you all endlessly.
