Chapter 3: I Have To Protect Him

Still Justin's POV:

I have to get to him before the next "night" starts. I can hear him crying, but I already assumed that he would be. I turned the corner and started walking towards his bedroom. I didn't expect what I saw though... He was on the ground laying on his side, he was in his black and white striped top and gray sweatpants, he was crying, I could tell who had got to him. There were no signs of claw marks on the doors, so it couldn't be Foxy, Chica, or Bonnie, it didn't look like anything had jumped out from under the bed so it couldn't be Freddy, and Nightmare was outside, so it had to be... Fredbear. There was blood all over him, I couldn't even tell where he was bleeding from. I look around the room. "Where is it?" I look around. "Aha! There it is!" I grab a small yellow bear plush, it had a small purple bow tie with a matching purple hat, the eyes were pure black with tiny white dots in them, and he had a nice smile. 

Those of you who are looking for the photo that was here, that wasn't originally my art so I got rid of it. Sorry for being a disappointment.

       I then walked back over to him and sit down on the floor with him. "Hey, bud," I said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear me. "I thought that you might want this" I said as I handed him Fredbear. That calmed him down a bit, more than I expected it to. "J-Justin..." he said in a weak voice. "Yeah?" I replied. Then he said something that I never expected to come out of his mouth... "I-I remember, e-everything, I-I remember."  "I never expected you to say that... not in a million years did I or any of the others think that you would remember." I said while tearing up. "C-Can you walk?" I asked. "I- M- Maybe?" he said. "Alright, well we need to get out of here, and quick!" I told him with urgency in my voice. "I- I know, I've been here before, remember?" he said to me. "Of course I remember,"  I said. "That night, that night that you and me were having a sleepover at your house. I woke up to you heavily and crying. I asked you what was wrong and your reply was 'nightmares' I didn't think much of it at first, but you just kept crying. Then I sat up and we talked about it for a bit. I finally calmed you down and we both went back to sleep." I told him. "I- I want to get out of here..." he said to me. "Alright, let's try to get you up and off the ground." I said. Then I tried to get him up on his feet, but it wasn't very easy, he had scratches all over him, I was surprised that he hadn't passed out from blood loss yet. I eventually got him on his feet after a few minutes. His clothes were soaked in blood, I thought about how I could even get him out of this place. First things first, I gave him the jacket that my kid self was wearing, because he looked cold and he was bleeding, A LOT. That's when I looked at the clock, it read: 11:30 pm. "We gotta get out of here, and soon!" I thought. "The only way I can see us getting out of here in time is if we walk out of here.."  I said. "Al-Alright, let's just get out of this place..." he said. We slowly made our way out of the house, I could tell that we were cutting it close, I had to help Bryan stay up and keep moving. We got out, and not a moment too soon, because as we stepped off the porch of the house the sky began turning red again. Jubper ran over and helped me bring him back. As we were walking, I said to him in a whisper, so the others couldn't hear me. "He remembers everything." He looked over at me with a shocked face and we continued down the hill. We got back to the others and sat him down, he looked like he was going to pass out. Not a minute later, Nightmare appeared and the sky was blood red again. "GREEEAAAATTTTT, as if he hasn't been traumatized enough in his life." I thought as I stood in front of Bryan. "If I have to let Anarchy out to get rid of Nightmare, then so be it, but I'm gonna see how this plays out first." Nightmare began to laugh. Afton was still trying to get the other animatronics on, Fritz and Lizzy just stood there, probably more confused than ever. Little did Lizzy know that her brother was sitting right in front of her. "There's the reason I gave him my jacket, I can't let her see..." He was beginning to cry again. I felt bad for him, having to go through this again, after all this time. Nightmare was still laughing, I don't know why, it was creepy though. Then they all came out of the house... THAT terrified me. Now all of the Nightmare animatronics were outside in front of us. They all started growling. Bryan let out a whimper, I could tell he was terrified. I stayed put, Cam went over to Bryan and sat by his side, I saw Jubper go over to the girls after we sat him down, so I wasn't surprised when she whispered to him. "Shhhh, it's alright Chris. You're gonna be ok." she whispered, even though I could hear her. "You and I both know that Justin would protect you with his life." I heard her whisper. I felt bad for him, then they started to approach us, I stayed where I was. All I knew was that I had to protect him no matter no matter what, even if that meant... risking my own life. I didn't care though, if you die in here you just respawn... but that doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt. "Oh, god." I thought. "I'm gonna die aren't I?"  "You think that you can protect him forever?" Nightmare said. "Well look around you. Look around you and tell me what you see, Justin." I looked around, but I already knew what he wanted me to say, I won't say it though. "I see," I began. "I see animatronics that want to take him away from us, AGAIN. He saved me in the past and I, I never got to repay him. He risked his life for me a long, long time ago and I'd do the same for him." I replied. "Ya got guts kid, speaking up to me like that. Must say, I'm impressed, but" he said. "ONe oF YoU Is cOMinG WiTH mE!" he yelled as he lunged at me, I was ready. I took a deep breath and stood my ground. I got lucky, so very lucky, the sky turned blue, they all disappeared. "That was close, way too close." I thought. I turned around to see Cam trying to comfort Bryan. I sat down right where I was. "Hey," I said to him. "It's alright, you're gonna be ok, bud." I could tell he was in pain, he wouldn't stop crying. So, I got up to try and help Afton get Molten up before the next "Night". I walked over to them. "Uh," I said. "C- Can I try to get him up?"  "Oh, uh sure. Try to get him up." he said. So, I sat down next to him to see what could possibly be making it so they couldn't get up. That's when I glanced at Happy Frog. I saw a small chip on her, it looked like it didn't belong. I walked over to her and carefully took it off of her. "Rebooting," she then said. "Welp, found it!" I said. "Hey, Cam? Could you move Bryan over so Nightmare doesn't get him if we can't get all of them online in time?"  "Yep, that's probably a good idea." she replied. She then got him off the ground and moved him farther away and over out of the way from what looked to be Nightmare's path. I then went over to Lefty and started looking for the chip on him. I could tell that Afton was looking for the one on Molten. Soon, I had found the one on Lefty and Helpy, so now we just have to find the one on Molten and wait for all of them to reboot. Fritz and Lizzy still looked confused, I couldn't blame them, they were seeing their childhood friends again and probably felt like they were being ignored. We finally found the chip on Molten and Happy Frog and Lefty were online again, Helpy was almost online. I could tell that the sky would be changing again soon. Bryan had stopped crying, but I could tell he wanted to cry. I went over to him and sat down with him. "Hey, you alright?" I asked him. "Th- The scratch-es h- h- hurt." he mumbled weakly. "I know, bud. Just hang in there a bit longer." I told him. He nodded his head slightly, he looked so weak. "We need to get out of here and soon!" Anarchy told me in my head. "For once Anarchy, I agree with you." I told him in my head. I got up and walked back over to Afton. Helpy was back online, she looked like she was in shock. Molten was almost done rebooting, then sky started turning red again. I quickly ran over to Bryan and stood there beside him, I couldn't let them take him away. The sky was now blood red, all the Nightmares appeared and Nightmare himself appeared and tumbled to the ground where I had been before. He then got back onto his feet and let out a long low growl as he looked around. "So, you found the chips." he said, then he laughed a little. "I knew you would, but he has to get up before you can leave. I don't intend on all of you making it back safely."  "What do you mean by that?"  I asked, irritated. He laughed then said, "It means that..." he turned towards me. "YOU'RE STAYING HERE!!!" He lunged at me, I close my eyes and prepared for pain, as I stood in front of Bryan, trying to protect him.
