It was the dragon slayers day off work for Sting and Rogue and the two were sitting at home with Frosch nuzzling under Rogues arm and Lector sitting beside Sting and played mario kart together. Rogue watched as they read a book and Frosch trying to read as well, smiling.
"here to protect Rogue, no matter what."
"very good Frosch, but it doesn't say Rogue it says 'you'"
"It says Fro?"
"No no Frosch the word you"
"Oh! Okay Rogue!"
Frosch clapped and continued to nuzzle Rogue as the dragon slayer began to read.
"What's the story called Rogue"
"It's called We're in this together by thaliaakhoury "

"It is Frosch and I really enjoy this story this is the latest one too a new one is coming out this friday and i'll be the first to get it"
Frosch clapped and waited for Rogue to finish reading then watched Lector and Sting play their game, Lector was in the lead and Sting was right behind him slowly catching up.
"Come Mario! you can get past him!"
"Sting give it up you're not going to beat Yoshi cause 3..2...1..I WIN!"
Lector stood on the couch and began to dance and pointed to the pouting dragon slayer, Rogue and Frosch both laughed and congratulated the exceed as Sting sulked that he had lost to a cat.
"Ready to go Frosch?"
"Fro is always ready!"
"Where are you two going"
"We're just going out we won't be long, come on Frosch"
Frosch jumped on Rogues shoulder and clung to them as they got up and walked over to the door but Sting grabbed their arm and looked up at them and smiled.
"Get me something, pleaaaase~?"
"Okay Okay"
Rogue kissed the top of the blondes head before heading out and said goodbye to the two then made their way to the town.
"Do you want something as well Frosch?"
"Fro wants to look at family"
"You want to see the frogs I will take you after our shopping okay?"
"Okay Rogue!"
Rogue held the exceed in their arms not wanting to risk someone grabbing the exceed and taking them away, they did not like that at all.
"Rogue look!"
"What is it?"
"Natsu and Happy!"
"Oh it is them, want to say H-"
Before Rogue could finish Frosch was already out of their arms and running over to Happy ready to hug him, Rogue was not going to lie it did hurt them a bit at how much Frosch liked Happy enough to leave them behind, They frowned a bit which quickly changed to a shocked look when they were hugged tightly then nuzzled by none other than the fire dragon slayer himself.
"Hey Shadow! What's up!"
"Oh hey Natsu good to see you, what brings you here?"
"Happy and I wanted to meet up with you and Frosch for a bit before heading back"
