Chapter 5

Lucy P.O.V

I groaned tiredly as I felt someone gently shake my shoulder, pulling out of the nocturnal void that was my sleep. I opened my eyes and glanced up to see Virgo, giving me an apologetic smile.

"I'm sorry Princess but it's time to wake up," She told me, moving to grab my clothes from my desk, that she probably picked out.

"Virgo...I told you, you don't have to pick out my clothes for me" I said, sitting up in bed to rub the tiredness out of my eyes. I gave her a small smile and pushed myself out of bed. She just ignored me and handed me the clothes. I looked down at them and realized this wasn't my usual style of clothing. I usually wore cute and simple clothing because I liked it, but this was something new indeed.

"Virgo...?" I turned to her and gave her a questioning look and she kept on her usual neutral expression.

"I just thought that you would like to try this style for today, I think it suits you" She admitted, walking out of the room.

I examined the clothing and shrugged. There was a pair of black high-tops with red laces, a red and black flannel jacket, a pair of grey ripped up jeans, a black crop-top with white stitches going through it, a black choker, and finally a black beanie. I had to admit, I like it, so I threw it on, making sure the flannel was secure around my waist before I walked down to meet Virgo.

I made my way over to her, standing at the door, she handed me my bag and phone with my earbuds wrapped around it. I stopped questioning how she always seemed to have my stuff ready for me in the morning. I was about to walk out when she called out to me, I turned my head to her and raised a brow.

"Are you sure you don't want to eat breakfast?" I simply nodded at her before walking out the door.

"Thank you for worrying Virgo..." I said when I was down the street, plugging my earphones in and listening to some of my music.

Time Skip at School

I showed the guard my ID and walked into school calmly. I immediately started trying to figure out where students for PE meet up since that was my first period. Walking through the halls I noticed a sign, I walked over and read it 'For new students go to the locker rooms and pick a locker, just pick one' I sweatdropped at the bluntness of the note but nevertheless, started making my way to the locker rooms.

When I got in, I noticed I was the first one there, which I was happy about, I noticed one open locker and since it was first, I picked it.

"All lockers need attention," I said out loud as a joke. I looked through my bag and wasn't surprised to see a lock and my gym clothes already tucked inside. I smiled fondly knowing Virgo probably did this and placed my bag inside, knowing I wouldn't have to dress out for the first day. I kept my phone in my pocket, and also kept my music blasting in my ears.

I looked at the clock above the doors and saw that there were still 30 minutes left till classes started.

"I guess I can just sit in here, doesn't look like anyone is around, plus I can maybe sleep a little longer!" I cheered to myself happily.

I froze for a second, Virgo's question from yesterday playing through my head. "I do sleep quite a bit, don't I... I also talk to myself quite a bit" I continued to talk to myself. 'I really do seem depressed don't I...'

I pulled one of my earbuds and let it hang off the side of my ear, wrapping the cord around it. I sat down in the aisle bench, leaning back on my hands. My thoughts soon trailed to a certain raven-haired boy, again. 'Why would he ask me to sit with him at lunch? He doesn't seem like the type who is always open to new friends. Maybe I'm just being a judgie white girl? Yeah, it's probably that, why am I worried about this anyways, I could be thinking of how to make a forever cold pillow! -'
