DIAMOND'S P.O.V
They wouldn't let me back into the house for "purposes", which I honestly don't know so that's that. And they said my dad is gonna need some time to heal.
Which means I'm going to stay with Elijah. I think I might like him...omg I sound crazy! Wait but do I? But what if he breaks my heart? NO stop it! He wouldn't do that! Right?

ELIJAH'S P.O.V
Ok so Diamond is going to be with me 24/7, so that gives me a chance to prove myself to her! And maybe become more than friends....well hopefully, but I shouldn't get my hopes just in case. But I'm very excited and nervous what if I make a fool of myself, just be cool. You got this! We get to my house then I show Diamond around the house. My Father is at work right now so that's a blessing. But I don't know how he is going to react to Diamond being here honestly...I think he's going to flip out...I don't know what to do..? I'll just talk to Ethan about it.

"Diamond could you ust stay here real quick for like one second please?"I ask her needing to talk to Ethan

"Yeah ok sure, I'll be ok"She replies and smiles. Her smiles warm my heart.

I get out of the room to find Ethan, I found him in his room.

"Won't dad get mad about Diamond being here? I don't want him freaking out or you know what to me.."I say nervously because of what he did to me in the past..

"umm ok, we could hide her? Just explain to her why we have to hide her, I'm sure she'll understand. And I'll leave to give you guys some space if you'd like because I know you like her!"He says I cover his mouth

"Ok shut up! I don't want her to know that...I like her ok. And I would like it better if you were here just back me up if she doesn't understand."I tell him, he nods

We get out the room and walk to the living room to see Diamond on the couch. I sit next to her, then before I get a chance to speak Ethan says...

"Hey I'm going to the store to go pick up some groceries, just so ya'll know!"I give him wtf look

"Oh Ok!"Diamond says

"You'll be fine."Ethan whispers to me then he leaves out the front door. Well fuck! Here goes nothing...

"Diamond..I need to talk to you..it's very serious"I tell her, I recieve a concern look from her

"Oh ok I'll always be here for you, and hopefully we can become close so you can tell me"she tells me with one of her adorable smiles

"Thanks and I hope we become close too. But my father is not the kindest person.."I start to tear up from past memories. Diamond hugs me

"Oh I'm so sorry, I understand what your going through..."She tells me, wait what? Is her father abusive too??Is she ok?

"wait..you understand?"I ask her hoping she doesn't because I don't want her in any pain.

"Yes sadly I do..and I know it's a really depressing feeling but it's true, and I'm here for you if you ever need to talk to me ok"She explains she makes me feel alot better with her around.

"Thanks, but we are going to make up a system so he doesn't find out about you or I think I'm going to get hurt.."I tell her with a worried expression on my face

"I understand, and I don't really want you to get hurt...your too cute and nice to be hurt"She mumbled the last part so I don't really know what she said

"Thanks for understanding, and what was the last thing you said I didn't quite hear you"I tell her wondering what she said

"Nothing! I mean i-it was nothing."She stuttered the last part which made me like her even more than I already do

"Oh Ok"I laugh to not make things awkward and she giggles

"Your just the most adorable thing ever.."I say while I get lost into her beautiful eyes

"Really?"She snaps me out of it and I come back into reality

"yeah mhmm"I say not knowing what she was talking about

"You think I'm the most adorable thing ever?"She asks I feel myself become red as soon as she said that

"ummm what? When did I say that?"I try to act cool. OMG SHE HEARD WHAT I SAID! SOOOOO SMOOOTH!!!!CLAM DOWN BEFORE YOU FREAK OUT!

"Oh....nevermind, it's fine"When she said that I felt like I screwed up everything...damn it Elijah!

"No! I mean yes! I did say that!"I tell her, now she releases her hug...
