Dakotah's point of view

Living Room

I walked into the living room. I looked around to see if Carter was here. My face was so dry from how many tears came out of my eyes. I wiped my eyes and went over to the couch. I grabbed Carter's sweatshirt and smiled. I put it over my t shirt and grinned. The smell of him was still on it. Carter wasn't breaking up with me, right? I grabbed a picture off of the bookshelf. I smiled as I stared at the picture. The picture meant everything to me. In the picture, Carter has his arm wrapped around me and I was lying next to him. He made a peace sign with his fingers, and had his tongue out, while I was kissing him on the cheek. Zane took the picture. I set it gently back on the shelf. I went into the kitchen and went over to the fridge. There was a picture of Carter and I at the cliff. We were watching the sunset, with his tail wrapped around me. I had my head on his shoulder. I opened the fridge and grabbed some juice. I set the juice down when I heard a knock at the door. I opened it, and Carter was standing there. He had flowers in one hand, and a box in the other. I think I started to cry, because Carter threw the flowers down, and grabbed me. He pulled me so tight to him, I could feel his heart pounding. I stopped crying, and he wiped my tears.

"Why did you come back?" I asked still holding onto him. He put his hand on my ears and rubbed them.

"I live in the same house, I'm stuck with you shorty." He said setting his head on top of mine. He grabbed my chin and kissed me. I missed kissing him, even though it has only been an hour since I slapped him. I tongue kissed him, and he smiled and laughed. He rubbed his neck.

"We can carry on later, we have a job to do." He said holding onto my waist. I laughed and clapped my hands.

"You go get your brother, I will go get my brother. And don't bring his fiancé." He rolled his eyes and kissed me goodbye. I texted my brother.

Message to Lucas: Hurry over, you got a boy to meet!

I smiled and laid down on the couch. I turned over to face the tv.
