What just happened

Chapter 7

Dakotah's point of view

30 Minutes Later....

It's been 30 minutes since Carter left. I have been cleaning the house. Lucas was sitting on the kitchen counter.

"What if he doesn't like me?" He said looking around the house. I stopped scrubbing the counters and walked over to him.

"Lucas, even if he doesn't like like you, you can have him as a friend." I said smiling. He didn't smile. He just looked down at the floor. I frowned but then smiled.

"For all we know, he might just have a slight crush on you!" I said putting my hand on his shoulder. I lifted my head when I heard the door open. Carter came in and set his coat on the rack, followed by Thorn. I walked over to them as Lucas stayed where he was. I kissed Carter and then Thorn gave me a peck on each cheek. He has done that since the beginning, and I actually think it's cute. Carter doesn't mind it either.

"So, Thorn." I started and then smiled. Carter gave me a glare. I frowned, but then laughed."Come into the kitchen." I said pointing. We walked into the kitchen, and Lucas looked up from his phone. He set his phone to the side, and jumped off the counter.

"H-Hi, I'm Lucas." Lucas said blushing a little. Thorn smiled and introduced himself. I could tell Carter saw me upset, because he put his hand in my back pocket. I smiled and gave him a peck on the cheek. Lucas and Thorn just looked at us like, we were gross. I smiled and then loved up on Carter. They stuck out their tongues. I rolled my fingers up his chest, and he did a romantic laugh. They put their thumbs down and gaagged. We started laughing.

"So, Lucas." Thorn said trying to get his attention. My brother turned to him. He finished. "What do you like to do?" He asked trying to start a conversation. Carter still had his hand in my back pocket, but he slipped it out and held my hand. I let go and put his hand back in my pocket, and smiled.

"Depends, I like to sing, and dance." Lucas said going along with it. He blushed. "What do you like to do, Thorn?"

"I like to spend time with my fiancé." He said smiling and blushing. I wimped under my breath. Carter was happy about Sam and Thorn, but I couldn't quite find my happiness yet.

We went into the living room to watch a scary movie. I grabbed my blanket and covered up. Carter grabbed popcorn and some soda. He came over and sat next to me. He handed me a pop and kissed me. Thorn grabbed some popcorn, and grabbed a pillow. He looked over to Carter and I making out.

"Dang, if only Sam was here to cuddle me!" I leaned back and Carters body covered mine. I continued kissing him, but then pulled away.

"Hey, Lucas loves scary movies! He will be there for you." I said pointing to Lucas. He was flipping through the scary movies on Netflix. He found one and put it on.

"H-Hey Lucas? I kinda get scared, do you mind if I sit next to you?" He asked closing his eyes. I started to shake of excitement, but Carter put his tail around me. I flicked his ears and kissed him. Lucas walked over to Thorn, and sat down. He handed Thorn a pop, and grabbed a pillow. He handed it to Thorn and asked if he wanted to use it. Thorn shook his head, and grabbed Lucas' arm and Lucas started to blush. I didn't get to see the rest of the movie, or say goodbye to Lucas and Thorn, because I fell asleep on Carter.
