The Date

Shawn's POV

I went in my closet as seven o'clock approached. I laid out some jeans and a shirt. I found shoes to match and went to take a shower. After I knew I was smelling good I got dressed. I was looking in the mirror brushing down my hair and spraying some cologne on. I was looking in the mirror feeling like the shit.

 "What are you doing?" I heard.

 I looked towards the door and it was Cori. 

 "I'm getting ready for my date." I said.

 "Oh." She said walking in. "You look okay."

 "Okay? Just okay?"

 "Well yeah, uh switch chains that way it won't be so big and wear a hat." She said.

 "Okay, go pick me out a hat." I said as I switched chains.

 She went in my closet where I kept my hats. She came out with one and I slid a piece of gum in my mouth.

 "So, how I look?" I asked.

 "Good." She said.

 "Okay, which car should I take? Mercedes or Bentley?" I asked.

 "Bentley." She said. "And you need to get her some flowers."

 "Already ahead of you. I gotta get them from the doorman." I said.

 "Okay daddy, have fun." She said as she walked out of my room.

I grabbed my wallet and phone. I walked downstairs in the living room and Malik and Cori were watching something.

 "Cori, be good for Uncle Malik and in bed by 9:30." I said.

 "But daddy-"

 "9:30 Cori and don't let her punk you Malik." I said.

 "I got this. Go before you late." He said.

 "See ya." I said.

 I walked to the elevator and went down.

 Beyoncé's POV

 After I got out the shower I went to my room to get dressed.

 "What the fuck! Kelly! Why you didn't tell me you was in here?!" I yelled.

 She scared the shit out of me.

 "My bad. So what you wearing?" She asked.

 "You'll find out when I leave out." I said.

 "You so mean." She said getting up.

 "I need to lotion so unless you want to stay and watch." I said.

 "I rather not." She said leaving out.

 I went to lotion my body and put on my panties and bra and went to stand in my closet to figure out what to wear. I went through all my clothes and decided to wear jeans. He asked if I get sea sick. Meaning water is in involved meaning a boat. I decided not to wear a dress but jeans and this new top I bought with my leather jacket and heels. After I got dressed I did my hair and make up. I heard the door and looked at the clock. Damn, he's on time, I'm not. I finished putting on my accessories and I did a double check in the mirror. I grabbed my purse as Kelly walked in the room.

 "Your date is here." She said.

 "You left him downstairs?"

 "He's talking to Amir." 

 I turned off my light and closed my door and we walked down the stairs. I saw him talking to Amir and then he looked up and he had flowers, how cute. I finally reached him.
