How’d you find my story? Sabi nga nila. “First love never dies..” Pero what if one-sided lang yung love? Diba unfair naman if you will hold on to that feeling pero it’s not reciprocated by the one you love… So for me, life must go on.. I have to enjoy every minute of it.
Well, I’ve been to a 2-year relationship after High School. I met her during college, and we were taking up the same course. We broke up because of some misunderstandings. I gave a lot of effort to make our relationship work but, it just didn’t. Maybe we were not really meant for each other.
It’s my birthday today. I’m already 25 years old. And tonight, I will attend our High School Grand Reunion. Maaga pa, it’s only 2:00pm. 7:00pm pa ang start ng occasion. I have no plans for my birthday today, just had a lunch with the whole family at one of my restaurants. Sanay na akong ganun ang pagcecelebrate ko ng birthday ko for the past few years.
While I’m lying on my bed, I realized….

Yeah, the box that Jai gave me during our High School graduation.
I can open it now!
Natataranta ako sa paghahanap nung box na bigay ni Jai sa akin. Itinago ko iyon sa parting hindi ko makikita kasi baka ma-attempt lang akong buksan. Hehe.
“I FOUND IT!” Napasigaw pa ako. Haha.
Nanginginig pa ang mga kamay ko habang binubuksan ito. Wala talaga akong idea kung ano ang laman nito. Ang alam ko lang, galing ito sa isang espesyal na tao sa buhay ko. I know I’m being unfair sa GF ko dati, but the truth is, I still thought about Jai kahit siya ang kasama ko. Kaya din siguro our relationship didn’t work.
Dahan-dahan kong binuksan yung box…
Then I saw a pink envelope. Special yung lalagyan, mukhang mamahalin. Then I smell Jai’s perfume. That scent, still can’t forget how Jai smells. Inispray niya yata yung perfume niya dun sa envelope..
I opened it. It’s a letter from Jai… Then I started reading it, I’m very excited about it.
