-Aubrey's POV-
"Here one of the med people said this was yours," I look up and see Tyler standing above me holding my fight bag that I thought was left at the warehouse.
"Oh that god!" I gush and stand up to get my bag, not really caring that I shrugged off the blanket covering my half naked body. "Thank you so much! I thought I'd have to go back and get it."
"This guy named Nick said to give it to you when you woke up," Tyler says and Daniel stand up.
"Oh yeah you also won money on that fight," Daniel jogs over to the entrance leading to the kitchen and came back with the familiar rubber banded envelope. "I'm not sure how much you won cause we didn't open it." he says and hands it to me.
"Thanks," I smile at him and open the envelope. It takes me a second to take count on the stash inside. After a second I count 15 $10's, 13 $20's, 2 $50's, and 1 $100 dollar bill. Closing my eyes, I do the math in my head and get $610 dollars.
"What you get?" Simon asks excitingly and I look up to see all three guys looking at me expectingly.
"Nothing much," I lie and fold the envelope up.
"Liar," Simon takes the envelope out of my hand and opens it.
"Hey!"
"Don't worry I want to count." he takes a second to add all the money together. "Six hundred and 10 dollars!" he squeals and three heads snap up to me.
"$610 that's not nothing!" Daniel accuses and I roll my eyes, snatching the money from Simon's hands.
"You got more then that in bets that's impressive," Simon says and I nod.
"Yeah I know that take $50 dollars from your bets after each match," I nodded and unzipped my bag a little to stick the money in.
"What do you do with the money?" Tyler asks and I shrug.
"Save it in a safe in my room," I tell them.
"How much have you gotten so far?" Daniel asks and I shrug again.
"Not sure," I lie avoiding their gazes.
"Liar." Simon teased again, bumping me in the shoulder.
"Yeah your not that good of a liar," Daniel commented, plopping down on the couch where I just was.
"Whatever," I sigh and sling my duffle bag over my shoulder.
"Here I'll show you to where you can stay," Tyler said and I nodded. I followed him out past Simon and Daniel, and into one of the bedrooms. "You can stay in here till your parents get back." he said and I nodded.
"Is this your room?" I ask looking around. There's not much too it. Bed, desk, dresser, small Tv. I guess that makes sense cause he did recently move here.
"Yeah but I can sleep I the couch for now," he said and attempted to turn and walk out of the room, but I grabbed his arm and stopped him.
"Wait!" I said and he looked back to me instantly. "You don't have to sleep on the couch." I told him. "I can sleep on the couch and you can have the bed."
"No your the guest," he shook his head. "And plus the you need to be able to sleep properly and you won't do that if your on a couch."
"But--"
"No buts," he interjected and I sighed in defeat.
"Fine," I told him and he nodded.
"I'll give you some privacy so you can change," he turned back around but then turned again and walked over to his dresser. "Here you can borrow this for tonight." He threw to me one if his t- shirts and I nodded.
