Stepping out of the bullet train, you turn to wave Jin a final goodbye before the doors slide shut and the train zoomed off. A heavy sigh escaped your lips as you reluctantly pulled the hood of your cropped jumper up. You didn't want to as it was simply too hot to wear it but you didn't want a repeat of what happened before with Jin. With both of you taking the same train line, you both agreed to head there together. Namjoon had been worried about how each team member would be getting home and so you and Jin decided to tag-team to the train station.

"Isn't that him?"

"Yeah, I think it is." The muttering of two females had caught your attention when making your way down the headquarters corridor.

"The one who used his family connections to become a Virtue Weidler?" They were definitely talking about Jin.

"Yes, have you ever seen him on the field? He is actually hopeless, I can't believe he could wield it in the first place."

You turned to inform Jin of the two but he simply grabbed ahold of your wrist and pulled you into a faster walking pace.

"Just ignore them."  It was clear the elder didn't want to talk about it so you immediately shut your mouth and tried to think of a way to lighten up the tense atmosphere that had risen.

"Jin have you always had pink hair?" Random yes but it worked. His tight grip on your wrist evidently loosened and he turned to shine you a sweet smile. He was thankful you got the hint.

"Nope, had purple hair before this." Pointing to his set of gelled hair, Jin chuckled to himself at the thought. "Though I personally prefer pink, what do you think?"  Even though the two of you had rounded the corner, meaning you where out of view from the two girls, you could still see Jin's lingering gaze on the corridor behind him.

You wanted to reassure him and let him know he was anything but hopeless. You had just witnessed the said male in a duel with Jungkook and you were sure those two girls would not be able to hold their own against him. Jin was one of the seven for a reason.

Instead, you decided to pursue your lips together and nod, "yes." If he didn't want to talk about it you shouldn't stick your nose into it. "I like the pink."

Arriving at the backdoor to the headquarters, Jin opened the door and gestured for you to exit. "Ladies first." His kind act causing you to laugh softly to yourself. You had just met the man but he had been the most gentlemen like person you've ever come across. You couldn't really get your head wrapped around the fact that those girls had just bad-mouthed one of the kindest people you had encountered. His gentlemen acts reminded you of the weapon he wielded, it seemed to match him perfectly. A pistol, the weapon for a gentleman.

You were about to turn around and thank him but was cut short by the flash of a camera. The sheer brightness of the light caused you to stumble back. Jin was quick to catch your fall by wrapping his arm securely around your upper arm, allowing you to steady yourself. After you had recovered from the surprise flash, you whipped your head around in the direction of the said light only to be met with a swarm of reporters and photographers.
