It was so silent in the training room Jungkook could hear the beginnings of rain. His heavy breathing subsided to a slow pace, similar to the rhythm of the rain falling on to the windows of the room.

There he sat, in the middle of the training room. His head hung low as his arms rested on his propped up knees. The sudden sound of a flock of crows flapping unnoticed.

Today, it reminded him of the past.

'Youngest champion at the age of fifteen.' He could still hear the news reporters and whisper of the citizens echoing through his mind.

At the age of fifteen, Jungkook won the championships.

That day, it poured non-stop and the joy he felt for his achievement washed away down the drain with the rain.

He finally did it. He finally achieved his dream and found his purpose in society. He lusted over the honour of being a hero, someone who helped the lives of others. But why didn't he feel so victorious all those years ago? Maybe it was because of the void that soon formed afterwards.

He was skilled for his age - well to be honest, skilled would be an understatement. His fellow Virtues called him golden. This meaning he was an all-rounder, great in everything, could contribute to anything. However, no amount of the skill or the praise could fill his loneliness.

Upon joining the agency, Jungkook had to take up a new life in Seoul. The innocent who didn't have anything in a world so big. He felt so small and forgotten in the bustling city that was thriving around him.

Jungkook was never a sociable person. He usually kept to himself and didn't open up to his fellow trainees when at V.I.R.T.U.E. Having been soo far away from his family didn't help either as yet again he felt alone. He missed his family. He tried his best to keep in contact with them by calling them as often as he could but he couldn't because he was always busy. He knew his brother, mother, father was waiting for him to return home but he couldn't.

Funny, you wouldn't expect the word loneliness to be one of the first words to come up when asking a Champion winner.

Deciding that it was time to pick himself off the metal floor, Jungkook pushed himself up. With his two guns in hand, he looked up to the circular contraption which sat on the high roof. A cool tone of yellow shone.

"Activate level eleven." It was then the low yellow changed to a bright one.

'Level eleven will begin in three.'

He would often catch himself spending the majority of his time as a trainee and one of the Virtues here; the training rooms.

'Two.'

'One, begin.'

The limp robot which was sitting a few metres away from Jungkook was now alive. The lighting that is hidden in the metal of the robot light up and shone the same as the circular machine. It charged forward, spear in hand. Swiping the spear across in an attempt to hit Jungkook, he hastily bent back.
