Chapter Nine

Patty

 “Welcome home.” I say as I open the door. Luke and Jason sigh in relief. I grin. I look to my best friends. They are both smiling like idiots and run up the stairs. I laugh lightly and go into the kitchen. I don’t remember the last time I ate. It was probably days ago. Right before our date, we got some food from the kitchen to snack on. Then we got attacked and Elena got kidnapped and raped. I sigh and grab a Monster and head up to my room. Probably not the best thing to do since I want to sleep but oh well.

“Luke! Stop sniffing my bed! I Go In your own room and sniff your own bedding! Ginny probably slept on it so her scent is lingering.” I chuckle at my two friends. I pass by Luke who is going back into his room, and he raises an eyebrow at me.

“Drinking that before bed eh?” I nod and hold my drink up.

“It will help relax me.” I put out. Luke throws his hands up in the air and yells, “Amazing!”, then walks back into his room and shuts the door. I chuckle at my friend and enter my room. I flop down onto my bed and pull out my phone. Hm two unread text messages.

Ginny:p

Hey P! Elena is doing fine. They got her on some pain meds and some mental pain meds. Latest she will be out is tomorrow morning. See ya then. Oh and get some sleep. You look like you need it.

I smile. Elena is okay right now. She has the support of her female friends but not me. And Ginny was right. I do need to catch up on some sleep. I take a swig of my Monster. Then look at the next text.

Elena<3

Hey baby. The doctors just gave me my phone and I wanted to say that I miss you.  Like I really miss you. I want so bad to be cuddled in your arms right now. Well I gotta go. Gotta catch up on some zzzzz’s. Bye baby I love you so much. Bye <3

My heart fluttered at the whole text. She loves me. She misses me. She wants to be cuddled in my arms. I put my phone and the monster onto the nightstand and peel off my shirt and jeans and get under the covers. I wrap myself in my blanket and think of Elena. If she were with me right now, her cute little head would be on my chest, her brown hair a mess, and her warm, light kisses on me. I smile myself to sleep. I love her so much.

Elena

I am awoken by Ginny shaking me awake. I blink up at her. She is wearing her Pierce the veil band tee and skinny jeans and Marina is standing next to her. I smile up at my best friends.

 “How are you feeling buddy?” Ginny asks.

“I am good. I am ready to go home now. They said they are getting my release papers then I can go home.". The two girls squeal in happiness.

"Good! Do you want us to take you or have Patty come pick you up?" Marina asks.

"I would like it if you guys would take me home. Patty has been through so much he needs to rest." They nod in agreement.

~~~An hour later~~~

"Welcome home Elena!" Ginny says as she opens the door to our house. I smile brightly and walk in. I set my overnight bag on the floor by the door and run over to the couch and lie down on it. I hear a knock on the door.

"Ginny! Door!" 

"In the bathroom sorry!!" She yells. I sigh and get up and walk to the door. I pull open the door and there  stands Luke. He smiles brightly at me and pulls me into a hug.

"Oww ow Luke. Bruises." I painfully say. He pulls back immediately, adverting his eyes.

"Oh jeez. I am so sorry." 

"It's okay Luke. Anyway, what you doing here?" 

"I saw Ginny's car pull in and thought they came back from the hospital to get more clothes or something. But then you answered the door. I am glad you are home again. Should I go tell Patty and Jason?" 

"Hmm. Are they asleep?" Luke nods. 

"I think I would like to surprise Patty. I will be over in a sec. Do you want me to get Ginny?" Luke opens his mouth to speak when Ginny walked up to us.

"Luke!" She practically screeches, and pulls him into a fast hug. He giggles and kisses the top of her head. My heart flutters at the little scene. 

"Alright guys, well I am going to go see Patty." They nod and go back into my house. i sigh and cross the lawn to the guys' house. I open the door and walk in. Right away, Jason peaks his head through the kitchen. When he sees me, his face lights up.

"You alright?" I nod my head and smile at my blue haired friend, He glances upstairs and then back to me.

"He is in his room, asleep. I was asleep as well but I got hungry." I chuckle a bit.

"Thanks. See you after a while." I start making my way to the stairs but then stop and go back to Jason.

"Jason?"  He pokes his head back out.

"Yeah?"

"Thanks for coming and saving me." He smiles brightly and  pulls me into a hug. Not as tight as Luke's though. 

"Hey, I would do it for you, Ginny, and Marina. But your welcome." We break apart and I lamely salute him and salute backs. He walks back into the kitchen laughing. I am a smiling fool and  make my way upstairs. I make it to Patty's room and knock softly on the door. I hear Patty shifting around his bed. I chuckle lightly and push the door open. Patty is laying under his duvet, sound asleep. My heart flutters. His hair is a mess, he is snoring a little bit and is cuddling the pillow. Okay my boyfriend is seriously the cutest thing on this earth. I take off my jacket and shoes and crawl into the bed next to him. He wakes up a little bit and groans.

"Luke I swear if you don't let me sleep, I will fucking kill you." He gets out grumpily.

"Hmph. I thought you would at least give me a kiss first." At that he snaps his eyes open. His face is in complete shock and I giggle just a tad. He pulls me into his arms. My head is on his chest and his arms around my waist. 

"Elena baby. What are you doing here?" He says as he kisses the top of my head.

""They let me out a few hours ago. Ginny and Marina brought me home." He pulls me closer to his chest. He isn't wearing a shrt and just boxers. He kisses down my face and stops at my lips.

"Oh I am glad you are home. I fucking missed you so much." He says then pushes his lips against mine. A world of passion explodes between us. My hands run through his hair and his hands run down my back and he cups my butt. I immediately tense up. Last time someone touched my butt, it ended up with me getting raped. The last person to do it was Sebastian, It was not good. He told me that I was his and a good girl and he kept on groping me despite, my protests. Patty senses me tensing and lets go of me immediately. 

"Oh god Elena I am so sorry baby. I didn't mean to.." I cut him off by kissing him. He grunts in surprise and kisses back softer. It was still an explosion of passion. It felt good to kiss someone who I actually wanted to, unlike when I was raped. The kisses Jem and Sebastian layed upon me were fast, lust filled, and firey. Okay I will not think about them while I am kissing Patty. Patty is the one that I love. We break apart, breathless.

"Elena baby.."

"Yes Patty?"  I look into his green eyes and lose myself in them. He grabs my hand and kisses it and then looks into my eyes.

"I think I am in love with you." My heart skips two beats. 

"I..I think I am in love with you too." He grins at me and kisses me gently. Not a passion filled but a sweet you-are-mine-now-and-forever kind of way. When we break apart he pulls me close again. 

"Goodnight baby." He says sweetly and kisses my forehead. 

"Night love." I reply and wrap my arms around his chest and fall into a deep sleep, while Patty protectively holds me.
