First things first. Talk to somebody, anybody! Whether that person be your best friend, your mom, your dad, your grandad, your penpal, your hamster, anyone who really gives a crap about you, will listen. It's not a good thing to keep it all bottled inside, because it will eventually burst out in the worst and most damaging to you and those around you.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

There is always someone who will listen. And care. You are here for a reason, and you have every right to be happy.

If you refuse to believe what I'm telling you above, write it down, keep your thoughts and feelings in a journal.
