7. Express it

Find a new hobby, start dressing in a different way, express your emotions, who you want to be and how you want others to see you. If your depression is partly caused by bullying, or you see yourself as a victim, you may feel like others don't like you, when in reality, they do, you just take stuff to heart. By changing the way you are into someone you want to be, you're opening doors for people who will love you, and will have your back when things get rough.

Make art. Paint, draw, do something artistic. Art is a very interesting way to express yourself. Or it can just be something pretty to look at.

Make a list of things you like to do, and then do it. Reading has always been a passion for me, and I haven't had a lot of time to do so, but I'm sure once I start again, i will be happier. I enjoy art, I have my wall covered in my own works, and my accomplishments make me happy. I enjoy fashion, so every night I come up with a cool outfit to wear the next day.

Things are always more difficult when you have to hold stuff in, why not let it all out in a creative way?
