I understand. Some moments are like that. You either want to punish yourself for being “stupid“ or “ugly“ but that‘s not you thinking that. Depression is a monster in your head that pretends to be you, makes you believe awful and untrue things about yourself, and stops you from denying all the negative. It sucks out every positive thought, and adds another negative. But don‘t let it win. Do not give it the satifaction of knowing that it‘s hurt you that much. Whatever you‘re going through, it‘s not worth it. Distract yourself, call a friend, do something you really love.

A/N I really do know what it‘s like, I have been going through depression for as long as i can remember. To tell you the truth dear reader, i am a hypocrite. I am not following the advice i‘m giving you. I‘m trying as hard as i can. And i‘m trying to send you a message.
Someone cares. You are never alone. Just because i‘m having a hard time, doesn‘t mean you should give up. Keep Fighting Soldier. I love you.
