It's as simple as that, forcing yourself to smile. It's scientifically proven to improve your mood.

Or do something that makes you happy. Laugh at your idiotic cat, joke with your best friend, listen to music, dance in your bra and underwear, act like a kid again. Just, take a minute, and tell yourself, this pain isn‘t going to last. You are in control of your own happiness. Being bullied? Know that you‘re above them, and that they‘re only trying to bring you down. Family problems? Get out of the house as much as you can, talk to a school counsellor. Do whatever it takes to get rid of all this stress and bullshit out of your life.
