Chapter 6~

<Taylor's POV>

I woke up with bright light shining in through the balcony doors. I groaned lightly before looking at Hayes and smiling. He looks so adorable when he sleeps. I started to trace some of his tattoos lightly.

"Baby?" His groggy morning voice filled the room.

"Good morning." I whispered up to him.

"Good morning, love. What time is it?" He rolled over a bit to pull me in closer.

"7:30." I smiled brushing some of the hair off his forehead.

"Mmm." He groaned laying flat on his back and opening his eyes. "Okay. We better get up." He sat up but then leaned back down to kiss my lips quickly. He got up and walked over to the bathroom to get ready while I got dressed in black skinny jeans, a white v neck t shirt, and white vans. I let my hair fall down straight and put on some simple foundation before walking into the kitchen to get coffee ready for everyone.

"Good morning. We need to talk." My dad. Great. The last person I want to see right now.

"Let's just get this over with." I groaned getting two mugs out and filling them before setting one down in front of my dad.

"Why do you love this Hayes boy?" He asked white calmly, surprising me.

I smiled widely just hearing his name. "Well, he's kind and funny. Really funny. I love how he makes me laugh when I'm sad, or he'll distract me when I miss you. And he gets along with all my other friends, mostly because we are all really close friends. And he treats me like I'm his top priority. Like if anything were to happen to me, he'd die. And he loves me. We have this connection. It sounds stupid, but we do. And the tattoos, dad, they aren't a representation of his personality. You'd actually like him if you got a chance to know him. Oh, and the bruises from yesterday were from him standing up for me when Nolan trashed me to him. He's a great guy, dad. And I love him so much." I tried convincing him, and not once, did he try to interrupt me.

"I understand. I, also, accept your relationship." God, he's so formal. "I heard your guys' conversation last night. He's a very kind boy. I approve. But I don't approve of you being late to school. Now, go. And we can play FIFA after school today. I suppose Hayes will be here, so he can accompany us." He stood up proudly.

"Dad? C'mon. Its just me. Don't be so formal." And with that I walked back to my bedroom seeing a hot Hayes standing in black skinny jeans, a black t shirt, and black vans.

"Hey, hottie." I smirked walking towards him and kissing him.

"Right back at you, gorgeous." He smiled and walked over to pick up our back packs when his phone started ringing. "Can you get that for me, babe?" I nodded picking up the phone and answering.

"Hello?"

"Hi. Hayes?" The mysterious person said.

"No, this is his girlfriend. Who is this?" I smiled sweetly.

"His mother. Hello, Taylor. How are you darling?" I smiled because I love his mom.

"Great. How are you? Oh, I'm sorry. Would you like to speak to Hayes now?" I asked.

"Oh, no. I was just checking that you got him up. I was prepared to yell at him." I laughed a little earning a confused state from Hayes.

"Alrighty then. Have a good day."

"You, too, sweetheart. Bye." And she hung up.

"It was your mom just making sure you're awake." I laughed.
