James' POV
"James, what the fuck?"
I groan for the 18th time before slamming my head into my hands. Last night I ran to my room and locked my door, efficiently cutting myself off from curious drunks.
"I don't knowwww."
A scoff interrupts the minute long silence.
"So you and Grayson are close now?""Cassie, I don't know. I'm confused. I don't have the answers."
"Obviously not."
I groan again and look at her with wide eyes.
"Don't get sister sassy with me. I'm just as surprised as you are with this entire situation."She looks at me for a long while, I shift in my seat but continue to look at the vulture headstrong.
My shoulders sag with relief as a smirk forms on her face disrupting her ongoing look of irritation.
"I'm so happy for you. Sister bagged herself a Dolan, freaking hell.""Uh, not in this universe." I mumble as I look at my computer.
'Can the video just upload already'
"Once he slides into your DMs its a wrap."
"You realize how unbelievable this all is, right?"
Cassie shrugs her shoulders,
"Well believe it."'Nope, I'm good. I'm not gonna get my hopes up just to get them ran over and crushed by a crane or something'
"Success!" At Cassie's statement I turn back to my computer.
"Finally." The video is uploaded, I can now post my look on Instagram.
"It's time to advertise Cass." With a grin I pick up my phone and post a selfie with the look I recreated.
"A whole businessman." I smile gratefully before tossing my phone back on the table.
"You throw your phone like it's a baseball but it still doesn't crack. What kind of sorcery?" She looks down at her own phone that's covered in hairline fractures.
"The unlimited power of being a sister."
"Well, my phone will still let me comment on your new pic so it works out just fine."
"Definitely."
My mind drifts as Cassie opens her Instagram app.
'I'll dm you. Hopefully from there I can get your number'
I mean he hasn't slid into my dms, maybe it was just nice parting words? Maybe he just said it to be nice, like a 'see you later, but not really'.
'What am I even saying'
Of course he's not gonna text me now, he said it yesterday. It hasn't even been 24 hours yet. You can have too much James Charles, it's a thing.
"Bitch what the fuck!" Cass is jumping out of her seats in seconds.
"What? What is it?" I can't help but get up as well, her energy is freaking contagious.
