His Cousin

She walk in to the cute café that she love, it was cozy and there is a little privacy in every table.
"I will order that"said her friend, they gave their order then waited for the coffee to be done. She excuse herself to go to the bathroom then she had a glimpse of something that stunned her in her place. His boyfriend, loki, was making out with another girl. She run back to her friend to tell that she had to do something, so she ask her to go home or hang out somewhere else. Her friend did as ask, it hesitated for a bit but she did anyway.

You went back to where you saw Loki and the other girl, before you could get there, you saw the other girl walk out of their table, she followed her to the rest room.

"Hey whats your relationship with Loki"Y/n ask the now surprise other girl, she was washing her hand. Turning around to face her surprise.

"How did you know my boyfriends name, who are you?"other girl ask. You panic in your head, not wanting to cause a scene yet you actually have every right to do so, because LOKI is your boyfriend for 5 years.

"I'm his cousin, coincidence that i saw him here, i miss him but i didn't want to pop out of nowhere and he is on a date too"the other girl laugh cutely like an angel, she can sense kindness in this other girl. How could she break her heart, she is thinking this when hers has already been shattered in tiny pieces.

"Is that so? Then let's surprise him, he'd be thrilled to see you. I am Gina by the way" other girl named Gina reach out her hand for a shake hand, she took it and shake it calmly.

Gina had told you about their relationship, and God you was deeply jealous. This girl is much prettier and kind than Y/n, she understands why Loki cheated on her, how can he not when this girl is such an angel, while you, you is a bit crazy but Loki loved it anyway.

They reach the table, she made an introduction for her.
"Loki! Look who i bump into. Tada!"she coo to him, Loki raises his head to look at the person. His eyes widens in shock, too shock.

"I met your cousin on the washroom, you said you didn't have a cousin or parents, only a brother"the other girl pouts, the god of mischief was speechless, he stare at her with open mouth and wide eyes.

Deep inside you just want to say something, 'Wassup TRAITOR!' Yeah, that would suit him.

"Take a seat sis"Gina offers, you sat opposite them, watching the other girl cling unto him, in his arms, on YOUR place.

"It's been so long cousin"you forced a smile, a smile of hurt. Tho Gina was too naive to see it.

"Babe i'll order us three a drink, my treat. I'll give you two some reunion time" oh she was too sweet, i can't break her heart also what if Loki loves her, how can i ruin his chance of happiness.

"Love i'm sorry"he kneels down and walk over to me while kneeling. He grabs both of my hands, cry on it as he cup his face with my hands.

"I'm sorry, love say something, hurt me if you want to, please"Loki begs. She stayed silent, silently crying while watching him cry. She loved him too much that his tears was something that hurts her most to see.

"I cannot hurt you, i love you. Your happiness is whats important to me, if she can give you the happiness that you will never find in me then go, i'll set you free. What hurts me most now is that you could have told me, you've been with her for 6 months, 6 months you've been lying to me. I am not surprise, after all; you are the God of mischief"she close her eyes as the tears kept flowing.

"Stand up, we don't want to get caught by her. I'll pretend to be your cousin. Promise me you' ll never hurt her like how did to me ,okay?"he stood up and sat in his seat just in time that she came back with three coffee.

"You two have miss each other so much, babe you're crying"she wipe the tears from his face with a tissue, she handed me a tissue as well.

"Yeah i did, i had miss him so much. Loki often gets himself in trouble, but now he got himself a beautiful girlfriend, cousin your lucky"i fake a laugh. I stayed with them for few minutes before i made an excuse to get out of there.

"I'll walk her to a taxi"Loki offers, the girl said bye and watch me and Loki walk off.

"Do you Love her more than me? Did you ever loved me?" She ask calmly, no more crying.

"I do love you, it's just that"
You stop him there, his words only will hurt you more than you are now.
"Give me a hug...before we go our separate ways, no hard feelings but i cannot say that i had forgiven you, or will i ever will but i don't hate you"she hug him tightly as if her life was on the line, she got inside the Taxi, opening the window. Loki leans down to her.

"I Love you my king, this is the last time. Goodbye Loki"she gave him a kiss on the lips, this is the last time anyway. She have to move on, she has to let go. He watch the car drive away from him, a pang of hurt and Guilt swimming in his feelings, was this the right decision? Yes, yes it is.

She quited being the avenger's helper in the compound, moved to a foreign country, cut off any contacts with people involving Loki, maybe except one; Steve.
She still talk to steve on some occassions. Steve help them moved into the apartment, he wanted her to be in the compound but she decline.

Loki' POV
I was not the same eversince she left, i was not as happy as she thought i would be when she broke up with me for her. She cannot complete me as much as Y/N can, she is the only one who can make every little single thing seem so beautiful and meaningful.

Stark was gonna throw a party for someone, he said a friend has come back. I wore my black suit and slick my hair back neatly.

While talking to Thor, i saw her glide down like a Queen across the room. I excused myself from Thor to get to her, only to stop on my tracks as i saw her smile, hugging a man that had his arm wrapped on her waist. She smiled widely, the smile that used to belong only to me. She gave him a kiss on the cheeks, Tony's voice pulled me back from my trance.

"A warm welcome to a close friend of mine, Y/n"Stark announce.

"Thank you everyone, it's great to be back"she said, she was pulled back by her boyfriend, i assume he is.

She notice me, she said something to her boyfriend before both of them walk over to me.

"Hey Loki, it's nice to see you. Where is she?"she ask happily.

"So this is Loki"said her boyfriend, he reach out his hand for a handshake

"Oh this is claude. I had told claude a bit about us before as you see"she kept on that wide smile as Loki stayed silent for a bit.
Her boyfriend excuse himself to let you talk to Loki, he knew there was awkwardness.
"Where is she?" She ask again

"I broke up with her a year after you left"he answer

"Why?"she punch herself mentally for that.

"Because i still love you, even now. I don't think i will ever stop loving you"he said.

"Too bad, you had your chance and you blew it."she walk away to find claude

"I know, and i will regret it for the rest of my life"she heard him say.
