You left where you were sitting under the tree, running back to Thor's room. Cleaning made you busy and forget what happened a while ago.

Loki on the other hand was shaken by your tears, he had never seen you cried. He left right away when he saw your tears fall into the water. The God of mischief had always thought you were perfect, beautiful, smart, and a kind heart. It made him fall for you yet he was afraid that maybe you are just like everyone else, and all this thing he knew about you is just a mask that he has not broke into just yet. However he really could not break your "mask" instead he had broke you, it shattered him to see your tears and the worst part was he is the one to cause it.

Thor notice your absence under the tree where he left you, he like you as a sister he never had. Walking back to his room he saw you polishing his Armor for formal occassions and battle, he walk over to you ,yet you were too into the cleaning to notice Thor beside you.

"Would you like to tell me what's bothering you Y/n?"he spoke low. You almost threw the armor as you startle at Thor's large voice, he chuckles as he sat next to you on the couch.

"Was it my brother again?"ask Thor, he saw the shock terrified look from her that tells him he was right

"You don't have to be afraid to tell me what you think about my brother, he may be my brother but i will not let his attitude slide"she put down the armor at the coffee table.

"Prince Loki hates me, i don't even know what i did wrong for him to hate me so"tears burst from my eyes again, Thor hug you tight and rub your back.

"There there Y/n, Loki is really just a huge jerk, he is to everyone. He even stabbed me many times remember?"Thor manage to stop your tears from falling, you look up to him with a broken smile.

"Thank you...Thor, for everything"he was happy to have a new friend, one who will not see just his royal status.

Being Thor's maid made your job easier than you thought, yes you still get to cross path with Loki but you always run away to the different direction before he utters a word.

The God had missed your presence in the halls, he will often catch you cleaning one of the parlors or the halls before, but now a different maid is doing your job. You stood out to him, he doesn't know why but he really wants to see you as much as he does before.

Your cheerful smile flutters his heart, that kind look your eyes give makes him want to not leave your sight and just hold you near him.

It was fortunate for him to see you over dinner, Thor brought you over every dinner. So the least his day still gets a little sunshine whenever he sees you at dinner, sitting beside Thor. No one mind that a maid sat in the table with the royalties and warriors as Thor request it for you to join them, it's hard for them to say no to Thor.

He felt jealous of how close Thor was to you, well he can admit why you don't like him, you were really nice to Loki but he was mean to you.

After dinner Loki waited on your usual route to your room, he wanted to apologized. As soon as you saw Loki from a far you quickly make a turn in another hall to avoid him, he run to catch up to you.

"Lady Y/n may i speak with you"Loki calmly says, you stop walking with your head down to avoid seeing the prince.

"My prince i have many things to do, more cleaning to be done"it was a lie, you had already finish your cleaning duties in the morning. However you forgot that Loki was a God of Mischief and Lies. He had never liked to be called like that by you, he wanted to hear you say his name. You curtsy before turning to leave, he reaches out to grab your wrist saying.

"I just wanted to say i'm sorry"his eyes was hopeful for you to look up and look at him.

He was left speechless still thinking that this must be a trap, he will later on say how stupid you are to believe he will apologized to a lowly maid like you.

"My prince should not apologize to a maid, please excuse me" he was left there staring at you.

Now he had realized how much damage he caused you, it broke him inside. Without realizing a tear slide down his cheeks.

Loki quickly went to Lady Jaha the head of the maids, he found her in the area of the maid's quarters. It was embarrassing for him to be there so he hid that embarrassment with a serious face. The maids gave way to him with a bow or a curtsy, he saw the head of the maids in her officed.

"Prince Loki what can i do for you?"she stood up from her seat to welcome the prince to his office.

"I have a request"he starts, lady jaha was curious to his request it could be another trouble. She gestures for him to take a seat un the couch and she sat opposite him.

"What would that be your highness?"Loki look away for a moment, a faint blush creeping it's way to his cheeks.

"I request for Lady Y/n to be my personal maid, my reason would be because i can trust her more than any other maids"said Loki, the lady's eyebrow raise in suspicion as Loki grown. He knows she isn't buying it.

"I believe i will have to turn your request down prince Loki, you had caused pain to the said maid already and i care for my girls wellbeing, they are like family to me"she said,

"Please lady Jaha, i will not hurt her again"Loki was frustated that she is rejecting his request, him, the Prince of Asgaurd and the God of Mischief.

For the first time lady jaha heard him beg, it never happened before even Frigga will be surprise if she finds out Loki had beg, for a lady to be his personal maid at that.

"And why do you want her so badly?"she turns to face him again.

"BECAUSE I LOVE HER!"he shout at the lady, realizing he had told the head of the maid his feelings for you he walk out speaking.
"You will not share what i said to anyone"he threatens before walking out of the office.

Loki couldn't sleep that night, thinking you will find out his feelings and you'll run away because of it. He had wanted to be close to you before he confess, now it was ruined. Slowly he had fallen asleep.

He was woken by a soft voice in the morning, the curtains were open making the bright light awaken him more.

"I'm sorry prince Loki, you have to wake up to attend breakfast with your family"the voice sounded so scared and low. Still, he liked it.

Opening his eyes slowly he saw your face that has sunshine lighting it making you look like a dream to him. You were bend down and gently patting loki's arm.

He held your cheeks, carressing it with his thumb he looks at you lovingly.

"Is this a dream? If it is, Then i don't want to wake up"he spoke. Your faced turn the shade of dark red, standing straight so he can't reach your face.

He went back to sleep, changing his position facing the other side and said in a low voice.

"I love you Y/n" he was too sleepy to realize that it was not a dream but a reality.
