Jimin stayed home for a few days. Emotionally he didn't feel well, he especially did not feel well physically either. He got a bad black eye and his torso was sore from being kicked. The school nurse was certain that his ribs were bruised and it would take a few weeks for the slight discomfort to go away. He couldn't bare to face his classmates, because it would make Jimin feel even worse. But he knew, at some point he had to go back to school.

"Jimin I got a call from your homeroom teacher, Mr. Kim." His mother said walking into his bedroom. "He would like to continue the tutoring session today. He told me that he will be waiting for you at the school library at 5pm."

Jimin looked up at his mother blankly, and nodded his head. She sighed sadly and went back downstairs to give her son some space. This whole time, Jimin had thoughts that getting beat up was all because of Mr.Kim. If the teacher wasn't giving Jimin so much attention, then he wouldn't have to be in this predicament right now. All beaten up and bruised almost to no recognition.

But then again Mr. Kim or Kim Namjoon, saved Jimin. It seemed that he was the only person in school to constantly worry about Jimin. It made him feel grateful. Another thing on his mind is how Namjoon took out those bullies. Was he some super strong guy? That didn't make sense to Jimin being that Mr. Kims's body build wasn't bulky. It was as if he was supernatural, and it scared Jimin even more.

The time read 3:36pm. He didn't want anything today; but he knew it was important to get back up and catch up with his schoolwork. Jimin took a shower and got dressed. He put on his school uniform just in case the school security didn't let him in the building. He grabbed his backpack and made his way to school.

Jimin's mother offered to drive him, being that he needed to take the bus anyways. But he refused, saying that he wanted to travel alone and get his mind together. So Jimin walked to the bus stop, that was only 2 blocks from his house. It felt weird going to school at 4:30pm, but at the same time nice, because no morning traffic.

Jimin was now on the bus and he put in his earbuds to listen to calming music. He made sure he had his sun glasses on, despite it being a cloudy day. He didn't want anyone to see his bruises. Jimin kept getting the image of Namjoon taking out all those students at once. The more and more it crosses his mind, red flags kept coming up. Namjoon was most likely a suspicious man, and Jimin is en route to meet with him right now.

Soon the bus stopped near his school and Jimin walked inside. There were still some students here despite the school day being over; Usually because of extra study periods, or because of clubs. And Jimin did his best to look invisible while he walked the hallways to get to the library.

When he opened the sliding door for the library, he walked in to see Namjoon already sitting at one of the study tables. Jimin immediately felt fear rush through him. He took a deep breath, in and out, then makes his way to the table.

"H-Hello Mr. Kim." Jimin bowed politely.

Namjoon looked up from the paper he was reading and smiled widely at Jimin. That smile would usually comfort Jimin, but today he was nervous.

"I'm glad you can make it. Are you feeling well?" Namjoon asked helping Jimin set up his books.

"Y-Yes sir I am doing fine. I was just sick for a few days."

"Yea well I understand. There is a flu going around." Namjoon chuckled. "So anyways, we are going to work on the things you missed in class."

The two started the tutoring session normally. But the whole time, Jimin was confused. It was not because he was confused with the subject, he was confused because of the way Namjoon was acting. This man acted nonchalant, as if what happened the other day didn't happen.

First sign was when he said that Jimin could've been absent because of the flu. He's was sure Namjoon knew that it was because of Jimin's injuries and mental health. But Jimin figured that maybe he was trying to be considerate, and not bring up a painful memory.

"Okay." Namjoon looked at his watch. "We still have more time. Do you want to take a break?"

"Y-Yes" Jimin mumbles looking down, messing with his thumbs.

Namjoon just stared at Jimin, making him feel small. He gave Jimin a slight smile, and it looked as if he was thinking about something deeply. So Jimin got the balls to fully look Namjoon in the eyes.

"Is there something wrong Jimin?" He finally spoke after a very awkward silence.

"Ah no, I'm fine.....I kinda wanted to say thank you for helping me the other day, when I was getting b-beat up." He stuttered out.

Namjoon smiles again "It's nothing much." He then leaned a bit closer, but not too close.

"I have to protect my students after all." he said with a dark tone.

Jimin's intuition screamed 'DANGER' for some reason. It caused Jimin to gulp in nervousness, but he tries his best to hide it. He had to get his head together.

"I'm going to get water." Jimin said suddenly standing up.

"Okay then, I will be waiting for you right here."

Jimin nodded his head and speed walked to the hallway. He walked around until he found a water fountain and sipped some water. He stood up and sighed, but just then, his phone rang loudly. Jimin jumped from the sudden noise, and answers immediately when he saw it was his mother.

"Sweetie, how is your tutoring going?"

"It's fine mom" Jimin felt somwhat calmer listening to his mother's voice.

"That's good! Well I was hoping that.....I can possibly meet him. Is that possible?"

"What? But whyyy?" Jimin whines. Feeling embarrassed already.

"Because, he's not only one of our neighbors, but he's also your homeroom teacher. He's the one that saved my baby from all those bullies. And I wi-" His mother nags, giving Jimin more reasons why she 'needs' to meet Namjoon.

"Okay okay I will....I know you won't take no for an answer. But mom, what if he's busy today?"

"Then ask him to try to join us another day. At some point I want him over here for dinner."

Jimin rolled his eyes. He wasn't comfortable having Namjoon in his house. But he couldn't say that to his mother, he couldn't even say that to Namjoon himself. With Namjoon being the 'perfect' teacher he is, who would believe Jimin that Namjoon is possibly a dangerous man. He doesn't have any proof, to just accuse.

After Jimin ended the phone call, he made his way back to the library. He sat down awkwardly and began working on practice questions before Namjoon even told him to.

"That was a long water break. I was hoping to talk to you while I called for break." Namjoon pouted jokingly.

Jimin looked at him and gave a little laugh "Sorry about that Mr.Kim, I got a phone call from my mom."

"Oh? Is everything okay?" Namjoon asked staring intently at Jimin again.

It was weird when Namjoon did that. It made Jimin feel uncomfortable. Whenever he did it, Namjoon would also inch a little closer to Jimin. It made Jimin feel like a zebra that was being hunted by a wild lion in the savanna.

"Y-Yes. In fact, she wanted to invite you to dinner tonight. B-But if your busy then I'll tell her some oth-"

Namjoon quickly got up from his seat and began to pack his teacher books in his bag.

"Okay I'll go. In fact, let's go right now."
