Namjoon walked over to a cabinet. Inside were files that Namjoon looked over. He took out a file, was about to leave but noticed Jimin staring that the dolls in the display case.

"These dolls, they're display cases are different. Why?"

Namjoon sighed "These dolls are of people I was fond of and died. My friends and family...."

Jimin looked sadly at the dolls. "Which ones are...are your family?"

"These two." Namjoon pointed to the ones that were in the biggest display case. "My mom and dad."

Jimin stared deeply at the dolls features. They were very detailed, and even showed facial imperfections. The female doll shared a lot of features that Namjoon had. The male one did as well.

"Who is that, next to the woman?" Jimin pointed to another female doll next to what was suppose to be Namjoon's mother.

"Oh yes, that's my sister and my past lover." Namjoon said sadly.

"You had a past lover?" He asked surprised.

"Why?" Namjoon smirked. "Are you jealous?"

"No... I-I-I was just surprised— well I don't know why I would be surprised. You've lived a long time. So I'm sure you had lots of dating experience."

"Actually you and her are they only ones I've ever dated throughout my long life. She was my first love," Namjoon smiled replaying memories in his head.

"What happened to your parents? What happened to your first love?" Jimin for some reason, nervous to hear the answer,

He was scared to hear something like, Namjoon killed them himself. With the way Namjoon's old self was described, he seemed as if he was a ruthless vampire.

"My parents.... my parents....w-were killed by vampires. My village was attacked."

Jimin sighed thankful that Namjoon didn't kill them, himself. "Your old lover was there too?"

"Come on lets leave." Namjoon suddenly said.

He turned the lights off and they walked back to his home office. Jimin noticed Namjoon didn't want to answer this question, so he didn't press it too much.

"I remember you telling me that the other dolls are of people that died. But why do you keep a remembrance of them in doll form exactly?" Jimin asked as they walked into the office door.

Namjoon set the document down next to his keyboard and sighed. "Because....I was guilty that I killed some of them. The people I am fond of, I wanted some kind of remembrance for them. But I ended up making dolls of my victims as well. Whenever I feel guilty....I feel like I was curse with the fact that I kinda have photographic memory. I remember my victims faces and screams so clearly...and it honestly breaks me. So when I was first turned into a vampire, I was merciless. It was because I was angry that I became....became this living monster."

Jimin went over to hug his lover. He placed a small kiss on Namjoon's lips, and the taller relaxed within Jimin's touch.

"You're no monster to me. You're so nice to people."

"Yes well...I changed my ways many, many, years ago. I show a lot more sympathy to humans now because, I remembered that I use to be one as well. It was the only way for me to move on from my dramatic past after all."

Namjoon didn't want to be a monster, like the ones that killed his family...

It was Saturday and Jimin's home tutor just left their mansion. The bad thing with being home schooled is that he would have classes on the weekends. It depended on his home teachers schedule.
