*Jason's POV*

The next day, I head to school. Emma told me to go ahead, because she had to do a few things before walking to school.

Arriving at school, I head to my locker to grab a few things before first period. I unlock my locker and reach inside.

Before I know it, Flynn is rushing towards me, making me press my back against the locker. "What the fuck? Why would you do that to Hannah?" He questions me out of rage.

"Wha- I didn't do-" He cuts me off before I can speak. "Stay away from me and Hannah. I don't want to see you with Ericka or Emily either" He says to me, walking away.

What is going on?

"Flynn I don't understand. I didn't do anything! Please you have to believe me" I plead, following behind him as he tries walking away from me.

Everything happens fast and Flynn ends up connecting his fist with my face. I immediately fall to the ground in pain. "I would say I'm sorry to you, but I'm not. You brought this on yourself when you did all those things to Hannah" He says to me with a hateful glare, bending down towards me and tightening his fist around my shirt collar.

He shoves me forwards, and walks away catching up with Emily and Ericka.

I don't understand what I did wrong..

The remainder of the day was very quiet. I stayed to myself and didn't sit next to Flynn and Ericka at lunch. After lunch, I head towards my next class and take a seat. Class starts, the same boring lecture. About ten minutes into class, I notice my phone starts buzzing. I ignore it.

A minute later, the same number calls again.

What the heck?

I ignore the call again. about two minutes later, I get a call from the same number. I decide it's best to take the call, so I tell the teacher that I need to use the bathroom.

I step out of the classroom and answer the phone. "Hello?" I say with a curious voice.

"Hi, is this Mr. Larson?" A woman asks with a calm voice. "Yes, and this is?" I question her.
"Hello, I'm doctor Smith. I'm with Abrazo central hospital. The thing is, I have a client that was admitted here a couple hours ago. Her last name is Larson, and it looks like she was admitted into doctor Brady's care in the past. I spoke with him and he said to contact this number" She says.

"Emma's my sister, why what's wrong? Why is she in the hospital? Is she okay?" I suddenly burst questions at her. "Well, I would like for you to come here as soon as possible. It seems Emma's condition has taken an extreme turn for the worst. Her cancer seems to have spread, causing her to collapse outside. Some bystanders noticed and called for an ambulance"

"But please stay calm. There are cures we can look at. For now, I would like to talk to you in person. We're located at-" I hang up the phone, throwing it at the wall in frustration.

"What the fuck? Why is this happening to me? What did I do to deserve this?

A million questions rush my thoughts as I dash for my backpack that I left in my class."
I burst through the door and grab my bag in a hurry, holding back the tears forming in my eyes. "Mr. Larson, where are you going? Class isn't over yet!" The teacher shouts towards me, but I ignore it and continue my rush.

I dash out of the school and run as fast as I can towards the hospital. I already know where it is, thank god it's not too far.

After arriving at the hospital, I burst through the doors and head to the main desk. "I'm looking for Emma Larson, can you tell me where she is?" I say to a lady running the desk. "May I ask your relation to Miss Larson?" She questions me.
