George was shocked by the question. He didn't know what to do. Does he lie to Davy and tell him that he doesn't like him? Or does he tell him the truth? His stomach was twisting in his body, and he was unable to take long breaths of air into his shaky lungs. His razor sharp face was flushed with red, like an ocean wave over the sand. George gave a long pause to the question his secret love asked him.

"Yes, I do . . . You are quite marvelously dazzling Davy." George said very shy and shakily.

"Oh, that's fine George." Davy said back.

The was a long awkward pause between the two British lads.

"I fancy you myself, how is anyone supposed to resist you?" Davy said with a wink.

Davy turns to the door and leaves the room. Before he goes, he said:

"Come to my room after dinner George, and I can show you a good time." Davy said with another wink.

Davy then shut the Beatle's door and goes back to the other guys downstairs to hang out with them.

George needed a minute to process what just happened. Did he not just get shamed for liking another man? and did the man he likes, actually like him back? Do the others know? Will he tell them? Is this real? All these questions just filled his busy brain.

George stayed in his bed for a few minutes before heading out the door and going downstairs himself.

It was now 8 o'clock. Which meant dinner time for the 8 men. Tonight's dinner was prepared by Micky. He had prepared spaghetti without any meat in the sauce for those who were strict vegetarians. All the boys sat around the living room once again.

"Absolutely delicious!" Paul complimented.

"You'll hate it, you should just give it all to me!" Peter jokingly said.

"This is lovely!" Ringo told Micky.

"You did a great job on this one fella!" Mike said to appreciate the cook.

"Oh, this is marvelous! Thank you, Micky!" George said stuffing his face.

"Thank you very much for letting us stay here. We wouldn't have gotten this great of food." John thanked all The Monkees.

"No problem! Anything for you guys! Also this is a great supper, thanks Micky!" Davy said to John and Micky.

John, Paul, Peter and Micky were on the couch and chairs while George, Ringo, Davy and Mike were at the table.

"I've had a great time since I've been here. My favorite was definitely the beach." Ringo said trying to make conversation.

Davy and George definitely agreed.

"My favorite was jamming with you guys! We'll have to do it again and for real this time!" Mike said with a chuckle.

George decided it was best to let go of how he felt before and went along with the flow of conversation. He laughed along with the 3 other boys.

They ate dinner for around another 30 minutes before most of them decided to get some sleep. They were all exhausted, especially the Liverpudlian lads with their recent tour at an end.

George walked over to Davy's room and silently knocked on the door.

*knock knock knock knock knock . . . Knock knock*

The door was opened and he was welcomed in. He quietly shut the door behind him and his lover.

They both lay on the circular, red bed that is in the room and talk.
