The first thing I thought was wow this place is huge. I walked into a huge kitchen, where Melanie already had the lasagna on the stove.  "Mel," I asked. "Where's my room going to be?" The house was confusing the crap out of me. "Hmmmm." She tapped the side of the stove with her spoon. "Take the room on the .....left. Beside the bathroom upstairs." I nodded and slowly walked up the long staircase.  I got to the the second floor, and it took me maybe fifteen minutes to find my room. When I finally managed to find my room, I sat down heavily on the master four poster bed. "Arianna?" I heard Melanie calling from downstairs. "Coming!" I shouted. Then I realized I was still in my dress. I quickly changed into some comfy jeans and a shirt I had gotten on our shopping spree. "Arianna! The  lasagna is ready!" Melanie sounded excited. As I skipped downstairs I wondered what was so important. When I walked in the kitchen, there was Melanie jumping up and down with the phone in her hand. "Uh Mel? What is it? What happened?" She looked at me with that now familiar twinkle in her eyes."The Alpha had work to do, and  he won't be back till tomorrow! That means a slumber party!" My wolf whined to me. Can we please go for a run? She asked. I'll ask. I told her.  "Hey Mel, can we go for a run? Please? I really need to shift." Melanie bit her bottom lip. "What is it Mel. You know you can tell me." She gazed at me guiltily. "The alpha said you aren't to leave the house." She started to cry. " I d-d-don't w-ant  to  ac-act like y-y-your jailer.But he t-t-old me not t-t-o l-le-let you outside."  She was now completely sobbing. I wrapped my arms around her."Shhh. Mel shhh. It's o'kay. You are not my jailer, nor should you feel like one. Now come on. Lets eat some lasagna." She sniffled a nodded. She got some plates down, and spooned out the lasagna. "Mel, are there any good movies on t.v. today?"  "You aren't mad at me?" she asked. I gasped. "Of course not Melanie! Why would you think like that?" She was still sniffling."Because, I have to keep you inside against your will." I smiled,"It's not that bad. Now whats on the television tonight." We sat and watched cheesy, comedy, romances form the nineties.It was around 9:00 when I went to bed. Melanie stayed downstairs to do the Alphas paperwork while he was gone. I curled up on my new bed and immediately fell asleep.
