I woke up to sunlight streaming across my face. Groaning, I got up and for a minute wondered where I was. Then a jolt of memory went through me. I was in Twilight Forest pack leaders house,I was his mate, and I had a new best friend somewhere downstairs. Let's go for a run. My wolf begged me. O'kay. I'll sneak out the window.  Yay!  She replied. I quickly changed into a pair of running shorts and a tank top. I took a deep breath and jumped from the window, turned the impact into a roll and came up standing. I quickly looked around making sure no one was there, a took of my clothes behind a tree. You see, when wolves shift they have a choice to rip their clothes to shreds while shifting, or strip and not destroy their clothes. I shifted a felt the joy of being in wolf form. I ran for hours without stopping. When I was so tired I was going to drop, I laid down in-between the roots of a large tree. When I woke up my wolf whined at me. We need to get back! Now!  Quickly I ran back, shifted, and put my clothes back on. Jogging to the front of the house I saw Melanie looking horrified. "Oh my God! Where were you? The Alpha got back, and you weren't there. He nearly destroyed everything. I think we have him stopped at his bedroom. But yours wasn't spared. " I ran inside to see Ash at his bedroom door being held back by to other wolves. He turned to look at me. I noticed his eyes were pure black. Uh-oh. I thought. He let his wolf take over. This won't end well. I hung my head shamefully. He growled. "Where were you?!" He yelled.  I straightened up. "I took a run. I hadn't shifted in a week. Do you know how painful that is?" Suddenly I wanted to know why he was so angry. I hadn't done anything wrong. He glared at me with coal black eyes. "You will not leave this house again." "What?!" I was shocked. How could he do this? "You know what? I don't care." I then stormed to my room and slammed the door.

****Ash's POV ***

How could she leave? My wolf had fully taken over. How dare she? I thought as I destroyed everything in my path. Suddenly Arianna appeared beside me, but my wolf was so angry and upset he just told her she was never to leave the house again. At this she looked shocked, but then seemed to recover. "You know what?" She was yelling at me now. "I don't care!" And then stormed to her bedroom and slammed the door.
