A hurricane's coming to L.A.! Take cover, everyone!

One nice, sunny, Friday afternoon, the friends went for a picnic at the park along with the their neighbors, and RJ and Verne with their whole crew. "Thank you for this wonderful picnic, Pocahontas." Puss said, taking a bite of his turkey sandwich.

"Yes, Thank you very much." Kitty said, drinking her milk.

"You're welcome. It was the least I can do for my friends before a storm hits later on." Pocahontas said, petting Meeko while he was laying in her lap.

"Oh, yeah, Rajah, Meeko, Bruni, and Pua have been sensing that drop of barometric pressure for a while today. It's driving them crazy." Moana said, eating a banana while petting Pua, who was laying close to her.

"There's supposed to be a hurricane, the size of Rapunzel's hair, coming late tonight." Ariel said, eating an apple.

"You know, come to think of it. Platy and Perrito have been getting that same feeling, too while we were giving Platy a bath today." Puss said, turning to Perrito, who was chasing his tail like crazy.

"But we didn't know it was gonna be a hurricane, though." Kitty said.

"We notice a storm by how crazy Rachel and Rodney get." Rita said.

"It mostly hits Rachel a lot." Roddy said, as Rita nodded.

"Oh, yeah."

"Heather used to be the same way when she was little. Not so much anymore." Ozzie said.

"The kids get that way, too." Lou said.

"Mostly Spike." Penny said.

"Oh, believe me, I've been around many sea creatures as a mermaid and I know how crazy they get before a storm comes." Ariel said.

"I can only sense it's coming by feeling the wind in my hair." Pocahontas said.

"Pocahontas is kind of like our weather woman whenever the barometric pressure drops. So she always lets us know when it's gonna happen." Jasmine said, petting Rajah while he cuddled up next to her, chuffing.

"I could always feel it in my whiskers sometimes when it's happening." Tigress said before the wind picked up a little stronger.

"Which reminds me that the storm will be arriving in a couple hours. So it's best to start packing up and go back home so you can be safe." Pocahontas said, feeling the wind in her hair.

"Good idea, Pocahontas, the triplets are starting to get a little rowdy anyway." Verne said.

"Well, it looks like we all finished our lunch. Come on, guys, let's get our things ready to go." Puss said before he and the others packed up their things and headed home along with a few of their Princess friends.

"Thank you for the picnic!" Roddy said.

"You're welcome." Pocahontas said.

Once the friends got home, the wind was picking up stronger before they closed the door to their house as Puss turned on the weather channel in the living room to listen to it, finding that the hurricane was getting closer to where they're from, which was scaring Rachel and Rodney, who just came in the living room along with their parents. Same with the rest of their friends, coming to listen to the news.

"Wow, Pocahontas wasn't kidding about the hurricane coming." Mittens said.

"Wind, blowing in her hair never fails to let her know how the weather's doing after all." Bolt said.

"And it looks like it's getting closer to us."

"Mum, daddy, I'm scared." Rachel said, hanging onto her mother as Rita started petting her hair, comforting her.
