Benjamin arrived at Obi's house with the girl still on his shoulders. He gently brought her down to her feet before flashing her a smile that Obi thought was annoying.
He had expected Obi to kick him or even spew words that would unsettle him instead she only glared at him and walked into the house. Benjamin waited for a while before he rose to the door, to plead with Obi. He noticed that all the doors were bolted and wondered if Obi meant to keep him outside.
He called out to Obi hoping to speak to her but she ignored him. His arms felt itchy and he thought it was an insect that stung him. Benjamin slapped his arm hoping to have squashed the insect. Those were insects that Obi had been exposing her self to"he thought to himself
"Obi biko nu!"
The stinging sensation came again and Benjamin scratched his arms."Obi ọ, I think some insect stung me biko bịa lee"
Obi heard Benjamin calling out to her but stayed put, she went to their bathroom and had a bath.
After a while Obi came out convinced that Benjamin had learnt his lesson.
He was sitting on a bench in the verandah scratching his arms. Obi moved closer to him and felt guilty. His arms were reddened and he had not stopped itching. "Stop scratching it, follow me"Benjamin was pleased and obeyed her instructions. When they got the living room, Obi guided him to her room. She went into the kitchen and got herself palm oil then headed back.
"So you read a lot" Benjamin stated as she entered. Her eyes went to the books on her cane rack, books Obiefune and Chioma had given her.
"yes, I love reading novels" Obi replied grimly then walked towards him
"You'll need to remove your singlet, except you want oil over it"
Benjamin helped himself out of his singlet and waited for Obj to help him stop the itching.
Obi gently applied the oil on his arms noticing how smooth it felt under her palm, Obi cleared her throat. She took the oil to the other side and did the same with his other hand."ọ ga egbu oge? Will it take time? " Benjamin enquired studying Obi's face. He had noticed that her face grew very grim few minutes after she entered.
Obi shook her head and brought the oil down to his feet. "iwe ọ na ewe gị, Are you still angry ? I'm sorry for carrying out of the farm but it was for your own good"
Obi's brows arched up and she gave Benjamin a questioning look."Don't mind me" he spoke rising to his feet, "But is that why you made me itch eh nwa?"
Startled Obi moved backwards but he got a grip of her hands and turned her. Obi managed to slip out of his grip but she realized that he had trapped her in the room. Obi moved backwards till she hit her bed.
Obi looked at Benjamin and saw the same look she saw Obiefune's eyes whenever they kissed. The hunger embedded beneath his brown eyes was so visible. His face began to harden as he further approached her.
Obi tried one last time to make a run for it, but he grabbed her and threw her on the bed. Obi became terrified and thought of screaming, then remembered that it was only mma that was available and she could not help her."Lee, bb... Benjamin I don't know what you're trying to do but y... You have to stop. Biko zie nụ, I... I.. Just lost my mother"Obi pleaded almost in tears
Benjamin did not flinch and kept coming towards her, she knew from his strong muscular build that she wouldn't win this fight. Benjamin was more muscular than Obiefune and she remembered how powerless she had been underneath him the first time that had a real kiss.
Benjamin gave a menacing smile clearly enjoying her fright. He towered over her making both Obi and her bed look small.
With one pull he ripped off Obi's shirt, enjoying her squirms and pleas he bent down making sure Obi could see his face clearly.
