Hello, and welcome to the bonus content of Dead Breaker Vol. 1, I am B.A Thomson and those of you who know my series I have provided you some information of the universe of Dead Breaker. To start things off I'll begin with character material information then general terms that have been spoken in the world of Dead Breaker. So, as not to waste any more time, let's do this!

Character Material information

Evan Wolf- 12 then, 16 now. Evan Wolf was originally from the Eastern Region, Second District where he grew up with his selected family, his older sister Maria Wolf, Ryder Ecclestone, and Noelle Fenn. Due to the Overdrive of Gilgamesh, Evan family was forced to leave the Region towards the Center Region, but with the Clan of Apep intervention majority of Evan's caravan was slaughtered along with his family. It wasn't until he reached the Center Region he was picked up by Edger Foss to be trained to become a solider. Today Evan's goal is to fight every Revenant to keep his promise he made to Ryder when they were young. Evan's personality is stubborn, short-tempered, strong-willed, and impulsive. Despite claiming not to care about what other people think about him, he attempts to maintain a detached and "cool" image. He generally keeps his face set in a near-permanent scowl, with his eyebrows drawn together. His outspoken, hot-headed demeanor is a trait Evan himself has acknowledged, and if somebody picks a fight with him, he cannot help but fight back. He is genuinely compassionate and empathetic towards others, soothing others when they become upset.

Note* As far as Evan race is concerned, he is half African American and half Native American.

Evan- What the hell?! When did I say I have a detached cool image? Plus I never acknowledged myself as having a hot headed demeanor?! Hey! Are you listening Thomson?!

Thomson- ...

Evan- Hey! Are you ignoring me?! Hey!!

Alexander Thorn- 11 then, 15 now. Alec Thorn was also from the Eastern Region, but from the Third District where he grew up with his father Johnathan Thorn. Similar to Evan, due to the Overdrive of Gilgamesh both Alec and his father tried to flee to the Center Region. Since they couldn't make it to the emergency caravan in time, Alec and his father had no choice but to travel on foot. With only a few more miles until the Center Region, Alec's father sacrificed himself for Alec to remain safe from the Clan of Apep. By barley making it to the Center Region, Alec vowed to join the Lunar Crescent Division to get revenge for his father. Alec has a sense of kindness and altruism, giving him an optimistic and sweet personality. Even with military fighting skills from his father, he lacks strength and hates conflict. He wants to protect people close to him but he doesn't want to kill anyone. Although he lacks the passion to exterminate Revenants, he will do what it takes to protect his friends.

Note* Alec's sense of direction, as all of you have seen in the story, so far is actually influenced by my father. Since he was a kid, my father had always loved reading maps from the U.S and other countries, which I always admired about him.

Alec- Awwwhhh! (Continues to sob)

Thomson- Alec, what's wrong? Why are you crying?

Alec- Because, I think it is such an honor to be influenced by your father. Every time I think about it I start thinking about my own Dad then...then...Awwwwhhh!

Thomson-Haaah...What am I going to do with you...

Evan- You can start by answering my question first!

Thomson- ...

Evan- Hey! You're doing it again!! Hey!!

Alright, time to end this panel, and yes I know you as the reader are thinking there should be more than two character bios. Well since Dead Breaker has a more mysterious vibe than my other series I want to make sure to keep those vibes going until the answers are solved in later volumes. So! On to the next portion of the book, the material information!

Book of the Dead- A powerful Grimoire used to help dead souls pass over to the afterlife. In the year 2010 someone was able to unlock the dark secrets of the book unleashing a powerful spell of nether, turning two thirds of the human population into Revenants and changing most of the Earth's ecosystem. Since the spell took a lot of nether to be used the book went into hiding. No one knows if the book is still on Earth or in a different plane of existence.

Earth-Since it's been around twenty years after the Book of the Dead summoning, nearly two-thirds of the human population has been wiped out. Not only have the humans been destroyed but most of the Animalia and Plantae around the globe have changed as well.

Note* In later volumes you will start to see some of these global changes.

Inter Reaper Armed Forces (IRAF)-Was an organization originally founded by the U.S after humanity made an uprising in 2020. Since their foundation, the IRAF have been making global branches all over the world such as Japan, China, Russia, India, and Britain. Due to the Overdrive of Gilgamesh, each country has lost contact with each other for more than four years.

Revenants- Creatures of the undead formed by the Book of the Dead, summoned in 2010. In the beginning, most of the undead were created by the magical substances known as "Nether", but since the overdrive, most of the new breeds have been created through the mutation of a humans "Manna".

Talisman Gear- Is the outdated weaponry infused with magical talismans founded by the remaining human's resistances, containing a small essence's of a demon. Due to the appearance of the Onryō, Talisman Gear was not strong enough to handle them which put humanity on the brink of extinction.

Clan of Apep- Is a group of ten humans who have had the "Apep gene" within their bodies activated. They follow the will of Apep to destroy humanity who was blessed by Ra according to myth. The main ten have snow white hair and piercing red eyes, while the "commoners" have a slight reptilian appearance. As of now, the Clan has only been sighted a few years after the Overdrive.
