A/N Fair warning, I've never read/seen Cursed Child, so don't geek out if my description of any of the Potter children is different. This is my idea of them. Enjoy!

"Alright Ted, you first. Ginny's waiting for you." Harry shooed him toward the fireplace in the common room where green flames danced merrily. Teddy strode toward the fireplace then stopped and turned to Zach.

"Have you ever travelled by floo powder?" he asked him. Harry looked quickly at the brother and sister. Gretchen was nodding, but Zach looked hesitant. Harry glanced to Teddy.

"Why doesn't Zach go with you, and Gretchen can come with me? Make sure they don't get lost, eh?" Teddy nodded with a grin at his godfather then held out a hand to his friend, who grasped just above his wrist.

"I'm not holding your hand, mate. Sorry." He said, causing Teddy to snort a laugh. They both stepped into the fire and Teddy, who was holding a small pinch of floo powder, dropped it and yelled "The Potter's!". They went spinning off through the floo network, their shoulders banging together as they went. Soon they flopped out of the fireplace onto a scarlet rug on the floor of the Potter's living room. Teddy clambered to his feet and started brushing soot off his jeans when a small, black haired child slammed into his middle, almost knocking him back into the fireplace.

"Teddy! I'm so happy to see you! Tell me all about Hogwarts, Teddy! Is it really as great as it sounds? Can you do any neat spells?" Teddy laughed.

"Oi, it's a bit early for this, isn't it James? You're going to wake up your brother and sister with all this." He tried to pry little James off his legs, but he wasn't budging. He turned and looked at Zach, who was watching in amusement. Teddy grinned.

"This is James, my uh, brother, for lack of a better word. He's Harry's oldest son. He has a younger brother, Albus. He's four. And Lily is his sister, she's..."

"Awake. And wanting her Teddy now that she heard him." Ginny walked into the room holding Lily under her arm like a sack of potatoes. Only this sack of potatoes was kicking her chubby legs and squealing as she reached for Teddy. Ginny stopped short and looked down at James, still attached to Teddy's legs, and suppressed a laugh. As she stood there trying not to laugh at Teddy's predicament, Harry and Gretchen came spinning into view and tripped out of the fireplace. As Harry straightened up and saw his son clamped onto Teddy's legs. He rolled his eyes and grabbed James under the arms and heaved him up.

"James, enough. Let Teddy move, alright? You have all of the holidays to see him." James huffed, but contented himself with hugging his father. Lily let out another shriek and Teddy quickly grabbed her from Ginny and swung her up over his head.

"How's my best girl, huh?" Teddy said as he brought her back down to his chest and tapped her on the nose. She squealed happily again, then caught sight of the others over Teddy shoulder. She was looking directly at Gretchen and reached her little hands out towards her. Teddy turned and smiled. Gretchen looked anxious. "This is Lily. She's Harry's youngest, and only, daughter. My littlest sister in a way. She looks like she likes you. Want to hold her?" Teddy asked with a smile. Gretchen looked from Teddy to Lily and back. A small smile creeped up her face as she reached her arms out and took Lily from Teddy.

"Hello, pretty girl. I'm Gretchen. You're very pretty, Miss Lily, you know that?" Lily smiled up at her and cooed in response. Teddy looked over at Zach, who was shaking his head with a bemused expression.

"What?" Teddy asked. Zach laughed.

"Gretchen loves babies." He said simply. Teddy smiled and turned to watch as Gretchen carried Lily over to the couch and settled down with her in her lap, still talking happily to her. Harry looked over at Ginny then.
