Rylie's POV
Leo and I made small talk as we made our way to the cafe. My goal is to always make my employees as comfortable as possible. I don't like using my title as their boss to intimidate them.

When we made it to the door I made a reach to the door handle. Only to have a large hand be placed on my shoulder. Stopping the action.

" Allow me miss," he said. Gracefully opening the door for us as we stepped in.

Well cutie got manners. I smiled to myself.

After we were seated and ordered, I looked up to find Leo starring at me. But not a creepy stare though. When I caught him staring he looked down a blush casting on his cheeks. Although Leo is ten years younger than me I couldn't help but have a slight attraction to him. He was a little shy, which was really cute to me. And he always got flustered when I spoke to him. His brown hair was styled in a nice quiff that complemented him well. His hazel eyes brightened his entire face. And his pink lips were plump and frankly very kissable.

Shaking out of my thoughts I cleared my throat. "so Leo how do you like working with me so far?" I questioned from across the table.

     " well the work load is a lot but I can handle it. And you have been so welcoming I don't feel like an employee sometimes," he ended with a slight chuckle.  His hazel eyes meeting mine.

     I couldn't help but smile back. " I'm glad to hear that, I would hate to have an upset coworker." I chirped back.

After lunch...

     On the way back to the office Leo told me about his ambitions of opening up a real-estate company himself. But he also mentioned how he needs experience and wanted to learn first hand.

     " Thanks Rylie for the lunch and chat. I think I am really going to enjoy working here," Leo spoke with a shy smile on his face.

     " I think I'll enjoy working with you too Mr. Leo,"  responded back. Sharing a laugh with each other we returned back to work.
