Hey Everyone! I'm Kyla Schumacher! Thank you so much for choosing to read Just One More Secret. This song is sad because this song is something that the main character Juniper can relate to. She looked up to her mom like a hero, but sadly her mom died. Please listen to the song Wind Beneath My Wings by Bette Midler.

"Chris, look at my babies. I think I decided a name for the girl," Hazel says.
"We should put her up to adoption and just keep Archer," Chris says.
"I know you don't like twins, but she is cute. She hasn't cried at all. She's happy, and her eyes are silvery blue. She has beautiful eyes. I'm going to name her Juniper Sage," the woman says smiling down at the baby.
"Whatever, let's just hurry up. My business meeting is in two hours," he says tapping his fingers on the bed railing.
Hazel- I'll love you forever, my beautiful Junie. Daddy is just a little stressed is all. He loves you too. Go to sleep my beautiful silver-eyed angel.
Christmas of 2008
"Too slow," I chimed sticking my tongue out at Archer.
"JUNIPER SAGE INDIGO! Stop being annoying!" my dad yells from the other room.
"Dad, don't be a bossy pants. We were just playing a game," Archer says.
My dad's face turned red and angry as he spanked me.
"Chris, this is a family dinner. Please, just leave Juniper alone," my mom says as I run to her side of the table next to my favorite sister, Astrid. Astrid turned nine a little before I turned five. We always have so much fun together. Ophelia is my least favorite. She's seven, but she acts like a teenage snitch. Archer, my twin brother, is funny and a little cocky. Then there's Galaxy, two years old. I don't really know much about her yet since she's little. The newest baby of the family is Leo who is only three months old.
We sit at the table with my dad at the head of the table with the newborn and Ophelia next to him. My mom sits next to Leo and me. Archer sits next to Galaxy who was brave enough to sit next to Ophelia.
"Let's say grace, Juniper you can begin since you've been learning about it in Sunday school," my mom says.
"Alright, Dear God, our Lord, thank you for the beautiful day you have provided us..." I begin.
"With love, beauty, and happiness," Astrid says.
"That make us feel fuller than this tasty meal of juicy bacon wrapped meats that are making my stomach hurt with hunger," Archer says with a smile as my dad glares and Astrid and I start laughing.
"And we hope that we can keep this a sane family dinner. Please help those who need more help being civilized," Ophelia snarls as my mom glares at her.
"And we are so blessed that we have a beautiful family. Thank you, God, for providing us shelter, warmth, food, and water. We thank you as we begin our meal as a happy family. Amen," My mom says as we all say Amen.
"Food! Food! Food!" Galaxy chants as my mom, Astrid, Archer, and I laugh.
"Can we just have a pleasant dinner?! Manners Galaxy," my dad commands.
"Hey, Junie, what is yellow and smells like you?" Archer says in his mischievous voice.
"I don't know," I say.
"Pee," he says laughing and flinging green peas at me.
"Wrong kind of pee," I say flinging them back.
