"Ok boys, today is the last day we have to finalize and make any more changes to the book, we have to send it to the publisher," their manager explained. The band wrote an autobiography about their lives before the band and their experience during the band. They had written most of it in February and March, but they just needed to put on the finishing touches.

Jack sat down on his couch with his laptop, reading the 232 page book. His heart stopped when his eyes landed on the page titled, "Cuz I'm Really, Really into You." This chapter was about the boys and their relationships.

In his section of the chapter, Jack had a question that asked what his worst breakup was. He had written:

I was once in a relationship with a girl for an entire year, and then she cheated on me. I was really heartbroken at first, but no one is perfect. This is actually where the idea for our song, "Perfect" came from.

Jack debated if he should leave it that way or change it. Because as of now, his worst breakup was with Gabbie because he didn't want to break up with her. Pursing his lips, he thought for a few minutes before letting his fingers fly across the keyboard and retype the paragraph.

I recently went though it after nine months with someone. I knew I needed to focus on music and it would be hard to make her happy as I wanted to, so I ended things. I said, "I'm sorry. I know this is for the better." She was very sweet and we were really into each other. It just wasn't the right time.

None of this was a lie, and it felt better to write what he was thinking. He saved the page and told his manager that he changed it.

If only it was the right time.
